They double book and barely ever have any openings! Its ridiculous, they used to be a great office then they started excepting more and more patients and started double booking so they are always packed and its first come first serve for the time set as an appointment! I used to wait maybe 30 minutes in front and 30 minutes in the back to see the doctor but now i wait about an hour and a half for each part of my visit! I always seem to call now to set up an appointment and the earliest they can seem to get me in is in 2 to 3 days and they used to allow walk ins but now you wait 2 to 3 hours for walk ins depending on how packed they are and for that you can go to the urgent care and get in and out for that amount of time! I used to be satisfied but now i barely choose to go cause its always a hassle now! The staff is very friendly and inviting its just the time and quality with the doctor itself that seems to be my issues! I dont feel like the doctors really interact with you its a majority with the nurses.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE DOCTOR & 3-4 STAFF BUT WHEN YOU MEET THE DOCTOR THEN THERES NO WHERE ELSE MY MOM & I WOULD RATHER GO!!
