Fruitport family medicine is a training facility for new interns/residents. You will never see a actual MD/DO. FOR EXAMPLE, My doctor only works Mondays and is booked 3 months out. If I decide to wait the 3 months Ill get in. Otherwise I see a resident or a PA in training. The phone staff puts a bad name on Mercy and are usually rude or unpleasant. The medicine refill system does not work. If your on pain meds / or any med that isnt rutine like sris, you play "cat and mouse between doctors and pharmacy " trying to get a simple medicine. Good luck.....

Waist of time. Dr. TOM KAYE, helped me as a suboxone doctor for 11 months. Then all of the sudden, I was blindsided with a letter stating my latest drug screen was negative for suboxone. Which is impossible. If I came with the stuff in my system for eleven months, and still experiencing withdraw symptoms, why now, would I decide to use someone elses urine. And now Ive been going thru severe withdraws and thinking about jeopardizing my sobriety because I cant get help because of him lying.

This office works with new graduates and interns who have the latest, most up-to-date medical information. Privacy is well respected, so you can turn down extra observers if uncomfortable. They are quick to return phone calls and work well with scheduling appointments around busy schedules. You can even have a phone consultation if you have more questions. I am very happy with the office and they take good care of my chronic issues and my family. Highly recommended.
