I cant imagine any worse service than I have received from your facility. Let me start with the office visit that took over 2 1/2 hours on January 16th. But, you know what, that doesnt bother me too much. I work for a physician so I know that can happen, even though it was miserable at the time. This visit was for my 7 year old son. This was his first pair of glasses. They took 2 weeks to come in and cost almost $400. Here is what I have a problem with. 3 months later, I picked my son up from school and the glasses were broke. I drove to your facility to see if they could help. The receptionist took them and asked us to have a seat. Several minutes later she came over and in a very accusatory tone asked what happened to them because they looked like they have been stepped on or sat on. That is when I said in my defensive tone that I would think a $400 pair of glasses could last more than 3 months. She then had Jennifer help us. She was going to order a new frame on April 10th and said they may be in by the following Friday. Well they werent. Nor were they in on the following Monday or even several days after that. I believe we came back in on Wednesday to get our broken pair back so that he could see until the other frames came back in. At some point, I dont remember the exact day, maybe the 19th the frames came in. They were not the same and too small for his lenses. Apparently his frames have now been discontinued. So, Jennifer helped us in picking out a new pair. My son had orange glasses before and that was the color he wanted. I asked what color those frames came in and Jennifer stated she would order frames in all the colors they have and would let him pick which ones when they came in. 2 weeks go by and I havent heard anything about whether or not the new frames have come in. So I called in on May 3rd. A coincidence that I call on the day they were due to arrive, but not on the first shipment. Jennifer did call me to let me know they arrived about an hour or two before the store closed. Of course I couldnt make it there in time. My son and I went there today, May 8th (A month after) to pick out his new glasses. Jennifer already had the frames in a green pair of glasses. When I asked about the other colors she informed me the blue was on back order and she forgot about ordering the other colors and something to do with having problems with the rep. So, I guess he gets a green pair of glasses. Which I think was the color of the trial pair that we looked at 2 weeks ago, so I have to wonder if those are the ones we got. She did offer to get the blue pair when for him when they were not on back order anymore, but, frankly, I am over it. He wanted orange. Oh, I thought I would also share that I ordered him a pair of glasses from Zenni Optical, on line. I ordered them on a Wednesday and had them in my mailbox that Saturday. I do not understand what takes your process sooooo much longer. But I can guarantee you that after this "warranty" is up, I will not be back. And I have spread the word to all of my family and friends of this awesome treatment from your facility.

Very professional and kind staff. Dr. Browning has cared for our family for many years. Most recently, Dr. Browning diagnosed a family member with a medical condition which required urgent care. Dr. Browning went above and beyond to ensure she received prompt care; personally calling ER and specialty care physicians and following up with us -- even calling us at home on a Friday evening! We wouldnt have been able to maneuver the medical system without his guidance, care, and concern. Dr. Browning and his staff will say they were only doing their "job," but they cared for our family as we were one of their own. Cannot give a high enough recommendation for Dr. Browning.

I have been a patient at Visionquest Eyecare for about 20 years. I began going there when I first moved to the Greenwood area. They have always given me excellent service and I consider Dr. Browning to be one of the finest docs I have ever dealt with. He is always very thorough in his examinations, uses modern equipment and takes the time to explain what he is doing and what he is thinking. I highly recommend this practice.

Couldnt ask for better Optometrist or a facility. I absolutely love Dr. Browning and his stuff. They are always so kind, helpful, and extremely understanding people. Anytime I needed help with an issue whether it be contact lenses or glasses, they always responded quickly and sufficiently. I would never dream of going to another eye care clinic.
