My mom has Medicare. She watched my sister and niece be treated wonderful with thei insurance but when she went in the lady at the desk was not helpful and did not want to be bothered with her. She was given two boxes (not any on the wall) that she had to choose from. No options to pay the difference for a different frame and no help trying them on. Very disappointing that you get treated so differently with a lower income insurance.
