What an amazing Doctor & clinic!!!!!! I am always picky about the medical care of my now 8-year old Yellow Labrador Retriever, Dwight Kurt Schrute-Dunn, and I have been blown away by this amazing Veterinary Clinic. The clinic itself is very clean and inviting when you enter, and the receptionist is extremely friendly and genuinely happy to greet you and your pet. They are polite, and spend time letting you know what the days process will be, a completely different experience from every veterinary clinic we have encountered. Doctor Dave, is the most incredible and compassionate veterinarian I have ever met. If you want a vet who truly cares about the health and well-being of your child (pet), this is the place for you. He was also very present and involved in the appointment. My past experience with vets, you spend ten minutes with the vet tech, and the Veterinarian you max out at five minutes. Today, Dr. Fenoglio spent 30-45 minutes with me and my pup, thoroughly examining his medical history and talking to me about his current status. He also was very informative on the exams (X-Rays, meditations, preventive solutions, and nutrition) explaining what could be going on, and prioritizes needs based upon your ability to afford them. After much research, the average cost for one X-Ray with sedation is around $700. I was prepared for that. The price he quoted (which I will not post, as it can vary based upon each situation) was significantly less, and for more than one. I was given a detailed report on what treatment he would receive, and would get a call upon completion. They werent kidding, and the ACTUAL Veterinarian called me (Dr. Dave) !!!!!!!!! He gave me the results of the X-Ray, and several treatment options, and identified the best program for my son. He also was detailed in explaining the costs associated with each option, and spent significant time considering my budget issues, and where he could reduce costs, and I have to tell you, it was such a relief to feel so comfortable in spending money on my Dwight. The Veterinarian and the clinic staff are the most supportive and compassionate professionals I have ever had the honor of meeting. Dr. Dave, Vicki and Lisa took excellent care of our kitty, Ma Mittens and were very sweet to our entire family. We hadnt taken our pets to him previously and called in a panic because we hadnt found a new vet yet but realized one of our kitties was having problems. They fit us right in and ended up performing emergency surgery on her in the same day. They are kind and sensitive and we appreciate them to no end. They even have the coolest office kitty named Willie that is there to greet you and befriend your fur baby to ensure they have a good experience too! We have definitely found a new vet for our kitties!

We recently switched to Augusta Animal Clinic due to incompetence by our previous vet. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to actually care about your pets needs. Our previous vet (Banfield) failed to properly diagnose an issue which should have been very apparent to someone properly trained, however, Augusta Animal Clinic noticed the problem right away and set our dog Lucy up on an affordable and effective treatment plan. If youre thinking about switching from your current vet, give these guys a try and youll wish you had done it sooner!

I had my first vet experience with the new puppy at Augusta. I took him in for his vaccinations. The whole process was so easy, I couldnt believe it. The appointment was very easy to set up, the appointment time was kept and I was able to get right in. When I got the puppy into the clinic, the staff was friendly and laid back. The whole visit was very conversational and I always felt relaxed. Ill definitely be taking our other pets to Augusta.

I took my dog, wauly, here for digestive issues. Not only was Dr. Dave and is staff knowledgeable, but they were quite friendly and attentive to his needs. Augusta is very clean and not as expensive as the big box clinics. Was able to make a same day appointment and walked straight into the exam room. This was our first time bringing our dog in but will now bring our other pets in in the future if the need arises. Thanks Augusta!!!

I have been using this clinic since 1992. Dr. Dave had done several difficult surgeries w/o issue and has worked with us to keep the costs of treating all of our animals within reason. Over the years he has treated our 3 rotties and 5 cats. I think what says the most about the clinic is the same 3 people worked for him for the first 15 or so and Ive never had an issue with anyone in the clinic.

Dr. Dave & his staff are, hands down, the best veterinary team in Indianapolis. They are compassionate, attentive, and truly treat my fur babies as if they are their own. From calling to check up on them, providing around the clock care, when necessary, and answering questions/educating me on what is best for my pets. I would travel to see them, even if we moved out of the area!

I own a small chihuahua and I have been looking for a trustworthy place to take my dog and I think I found a wonderful place for my little dog. The place is really friendly and Dr.Fenoglio was very attentive and caring with my dog.I suggest you give it a try if you are looking for a new trustworthy vet clinic for the care of your animals.

Doctor Dave and his staff are excellent. Our older cat was having a variety of issues. Dr. Fenoglio provided the most complete examination for a cat I have ever witnessed. He was direct but compassionate about the outcome. The staff are all very friendly and were very gentle with our critter.
