This is ran worse than a day care. They have recently been under investigation by the state of Indiana because a patient died due to their lack of care. They had no documentation for almost any of their patients or any documentation for anything they needed to be in compliance for in general. I got a call because they had lost over 42 days worth of paperwork from me and wanted me to redo all of it in less than 24 hours because of their extreme lack of organization. They stole over 50 hours of care from my patients family and never told them. Anytime you try to get in contact with the owner, she blows you off; although she says she is always available. She has a cold personality, extremely self-centered, and when anyone wants to leave the agency (and trust me, they have one of the highest turn over rates I have ever witnessed), she refuses to acknowledge that they ever worked there. Extremely strange... The Director Of Nursing is extremely passive aggressive and acts like a high school girl who never left. Everything is last minute with her, and she expects you to drop everything for her, and if you dont kiss her butt on top of that, she will sass you to all high heavens. Not pleasant. She also wont respond to e-mails for weeks on end. For example: I had a patient that I cared for everyday of the week, but one. A nurse that wasnt trained with him, was sent out to his place to care for him, and ripped out his feeding tube, and an incident report was never written up. I emailed the Director and asked her about it respectively, and she didnt email back for over 2 weeks, and when she did she said she was on vacation, even though she was physically in the office the entire week prior. Therefore, she was lying. Then after lying, she blamed me for not getting ahold of anyone else. Also, called my question about the patient a complaint. I have been paid incorrectly 3 times now within the last 2 months, and thats just within this short period of time. My first paycheck with this company was wrong 3.5 years ago. The payroll administrator will not communicate with me at all, no matter how many times I email. She blames everything on you, and takes no responsibility. Thats a pretty overall theme of this company in general. I could write a NOVEL about how much stress and unprofessionalism this company has caused me and the family I care for. They affect me and the care I provide for my patient, and I cannot believe they havent been shutdown. I would give them less than one star, but unfortunately I cannot.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE . I work for this company for two years and it has been appallingly HORRIBLE the whole time!! Everybody in office or scheduling is completely rude to staff AND clients, they dont care about anyone at all! They dont follow indiana rules and laws . I had to call state on them last year because they were overworking me, 60+ hours every week , and not paying me overtime . And tried to talk their way around it. Took me months fighting with them about finding a replacement when literally EVERY SINGLE TIME ,ALL THEY HAVE TO SAY IS "we dont have anybody to staff so your going to have to deal with it" I literally WRECKED MY CAR and called them to send a replacement for the day ,and they got snippy with me and pretty much told me the same thing they always do with some sort of excuse and said that a few girls had to leave because they were sick and throwing up in trash bags....they didnt care AT ALL that i had gotten into a wreck, but they sent home girls for being sick??? There are way too many things I can list off but I just want to warn you DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMOANY, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SERVICES !!! They are constantly getting in trouble with state for multiple reasons and continuously get many many complaints against them and they treat their clients and staff like dirt. People that had been here for ten years couldnt take it anymore and QUIT AND LEFT!. so please please, heed my warning . Im cutting ties with this company myself .

There are roughly four schedulers in this company, and they dont communicate very well. When aides call off, or have requested time off, they fail to communicate with one another in the office to set up a replacement, and then they blame the aide. When the aide tells us they have requested time off we usually have to call the office to make sure someone is sent out.

This company is one of worst companies there is, Dont care about patients at all, dont waste your time and money on the martinsville office. Half the time they dont show up, no call no show. Also ,they are very difficult to deal with, causing patients to be in distress, If you love someone, dont go through this company.
