In 1994, I was injured in a rail accident, resulting in several bulging discs, and a protruding disc. The result from this injury, was ongoing pain, headaches, Stiffness, and discomfort. My job involved hours of sitting at a control counsel, for as much as up to 10-12 hours a day, with limited physical movement! In 2001, a friend suggested Chiropractic care, and treatments, for some relief. Dr. Benko Chiropractic, offered a free consultation and treatment, so I made an appointment. When I walked into the Benko facility, I was greeted by Dr. Benko personally, and he Introduced me to his wife Debby, who took my information. Immediately I became comfortable in the relaxed environment. They were friendly and orderly. Dr Benko explained his procedures and treatments and took a few x-rays. He showed me the x-rays and end explained further the benefits of chiropractic care, and then gave me my first treatment. I was almost feeling euphoric after the treatment. I became a regular patient and received treatments 2xs weekly. After my second injury, in 2003, I was not able to see Dr benko for a couple of years. Due to the fact of legal matters with the settlement involved with the injury. This haiatus, was not healthy for me, and it was aggravating, not being able to get Chiropractic treatments. Once my case was settled, I returned to Dr. Benko, and began my weekly treatments. Through the course of the years to follow, I regulary saw the company Doctor, who told me " continue with your Chiropractor because he will keep you working"! It was comforting to know, that a general doctor, would recommend the Chiropractic way for a healthy spine! Recently, In April 2015, I was injured in a career ending collision on the railroad. The doctors involved (orthopedic, and neuroligist) wrote me off MMI, and I am now on disability. I still continue my therapy with Dr. benko 2xs weekly! I can only relate, and cant stress, The importance of Chiropractic care. If you have never been to a Chiro, I would highly recomend Dr. Benko! He has kept me healthy and functioning, and I couldnt begin to think of where I would have been without his care.

Before going to Dr. Benkos chiropractic, I was not able to stand up or walk without a crushing pain in my lower back. I searched through numerous chiropractors and decided upon Dr. Benkos due to his high review scores on numerous websites and his proximity to my home. Within days, I could not only standup painfree, but my back has been feeling stronger. I love the kind staff and look forward to each session. Debbie does a great job working with my insurance, looking out for the patients best interests, while Amanda seemlessly goes from station to station to ensure patients individual needs are being met. Meanwhile, Dr. Benko himself not only readjusts your spine, he educates you about your condition and how to better yourself. Going here is more than a spinal readjustment. There are physical therapy aspects to a visit, an initial X-ray to see where your problems lie, hydromassage beds at the start and end of a treatment, and electrostimulation therapy to retrain the muscle groups that have grown accustomed to a maligned back. Its the complete experience and completely affordable for someone living on a budget. Do your spine a favor and visit Dr. Benkos!

I had been living with pain in my shoulder blade and shoulder for years. I decided one day that I needed to get my life back. An MRI showed that my issue wasnt in my shoulder but in my neck. My doctor suggested PT but I was in search of relief so I went to see Dr.Benko. After reviewing my MRI He let me know that my situation was pretty bad but there was a chance he could help me. After a few weeks of adjustments and PT he determined that he wasnt going to be able to resolve my issue. But He didnt stop there, He aligned me with a pain specialist who ended up referring me to a surgeon and in the end I did have surgery on my neck. Dr. Benko is a true professional that cares for his patients. He always sent me away with good advice for finding relief at home like better sleeping positions. Most importantly He can be trusted to make the right decision as to when his treatment isnt going to be a benefit. His staff is great also. Deb is very knowledgeable when it come to insurance. The place is always clean and very welcoming. I truly enjoyed my visits.

I use to be so afraid of Chiropractors because Ive heard some horror stories from other people. I suffer from back pain due to bulging disc and everyone kept telling me to go see a chiropractor. I finally couldnt take the pain anymore so I researched chiropractors in my area and found Dr. Benko. I called to make an appointment. They were so nice and got me in the same day. I explained to them my fear of chiropractors. Dr. Benko took the time to explain about chiropractors and what they do. He explained step by step my treatment plan and what the goal was. He started my treatment that day. After leaving the office I was not only in relief from my pain but I felt confident in my care with him. I tell everyone I know that its more than just getting an adjustment, its therapy and education on to stay pain free. I would highly recommend anyone with pain to see him.

I cannot say enough positive things about this doctor. After suffering for years from prior car accidents, thousands of pain-killers, multiple sessions of physical therapy, painful spinal injections, and thousands upon thousands of dollars spent all trying to relieve pain, this man accomplished so much in such a short amount of time, he and his staff are nothing short of amazing. I had a skeptical opinion of chiropractors before my first visit with Dr. Benko, and he managed to completely change my opinion into a positive upon my first visit. He and his staff are kind, caring, and most importantly, put the patient first. If you are in pain, this is the man to see. Nothing short of a miracle. He changed my life. I would give him 1,000 stars, if possible. Go to him. Make the appointment. Trust me, you will be so glad you did.

Making the decision to go see this man was one of the best Ive made in my life. I went through an x-ray, MRI, and a bone scan. All of which came back negative to why I was having the severe pain in my back. I had to change my whole lifestyle because of it. As a last effort I went and walked in to see Dr. Benko. I wish I would have done it much sooner. The constant pain I was having for a little over a year is now gone. Im able to lift significantly more than I was after the injury. The benefits of his help are tremendous. If anyone out there is having problems, and you just arent getting any answers, go see him. I promise he will do everything in his power to get you back to the way you were.

The staff is friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Dr. Benko takes the time to explain what he is doing to you and why he is doing it. His knowledge and experience in the field is evident within minutes of the first session. I appreciate that it is more than just an adjustment and other modalities are integrated into your treatment plan. Scheduling is flexible and the design of the practice eliminates a "normal doctor wait." My hesitation to use chiropractic services has been lessened by the results Ive seen and my positive experience. I would recommend Dr. Benko and his staff to my friends and family members.
