Technology seems very up to date. I like the TVs at each patient chair. The staff are all friendly and will get you in and out efficiently. Dr. Gray was friendly; though he did not really suggest good prevention methods other than brushing or flossing (another dentist wrote me out a prescription for high-fluoride dental cream, etc). Using a dental discount plan I was able to save a significant portion, plus if payment is received in full on the day of service you get 10% off. There is also a $50 referral credit for you and your referring friend.

Had a temp crown fall off on a Friday afternoon. My dentists office was closed so I was referred to Westfield Dental Center. They had me come in to fix it and did a great job. I was pretty relieved and surprised they made room for my visit right before closing. The office staff were very friendly and happy. I was so impressed at what they did for me I had to take time to write a review, first time Ive done it.

My son Devon has been going to Dr. Gray for services for over 7 years. Devon is on the Autism spectrum, and requires a patient and soft spoken type of person. Dr. Gray is so good with him. We lived in Westfield when we started going to him, but, now we drive from Lapel. Thank you all at Westfield Dental, and special thanks to Dr. Gray!
