Firstly, this was the only place open on a Friday.... It seems every other dentists office takes a holiday on Fridays, as if teeth never hurt on those days. So I was grateful to find someone open at the end of the week. Not only that, but they are also open on Saturdays! The staff on the phone was very open and friendly, and their willingness to go above & beyond to find some way to help me (even if it wasnt easy), was heartwarming and extraordinary. The office was welcoming and comfortable, and the office staff well organized and knowledgeable. The dental assistant that greeted me and initiated the procedure was also very knowledgeable and welcoming, explained everything that would happen (and not happen), and I felt the appointment proceeded quickly without much waiting time, yet it wasnt at all rushed or careless. The doctor (Dr. Miller), although completely booked that day, didnt keep me waiting for long, and made me feel as though as I was the only patient in the office. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I am honestly still completely floored at the care, professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness of that office and the entire staff. Its very difficult (and rare) to find that balance these days - if theyre too professional, theyre uncaring and unfriendly. If theyre too friendly, theyre not professional enough and often disorganized. Granted, my experience has only been at one Aspen Dental office so far. But the excellent experience Ive had there will certainly bring me into more of their offices in the future!

Aspen Dental is a joke. Have had nothing but problems with them. Was required to pay at time of scheduling to get my wisdom teeth out, then upon reading the Aspen Dental reviews decided to go to an actual Oral Surgeon for the procedure. Took over a month to get my almost $900 refunded, and was given the run around by the office staff several times when I called to check on the refund. Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to schedule a basic cleaning with them, with the first 15 minutes the office staff member not able to pull up my account or find me in the computer.... tried several different ways to spell my first and last name, gave her my SS# (which she repeated OUT LOUD for everyone in the waiting room to hear) only for her to still not be able to find my account. Finally found my account and was still unable to schedule anything due to my work schedule. Waste of time! Will be looking for a new dentist, Aspen Dental is not worth the hassle. The cleanings I have had there were rushed and not done well.

Made an appointment to have my extremely painful tooth looked at. Due to traffic from work, I foreseen myself getting to my appointment late by 5mins. So I called the Holland, Mi branch to alert them I will be late and ask if it was ok for me to be 5 mins late (they said yes it was ok). When I arrived, already in "10" pain I was rejected and told to reschedule my appointment because I was late. I explained that I was in severe tooth pain and also stated I called to make sure it was ok for my tardiness. The receptionist and whoever the dentist appear to be mildly concerned with my issue and already booked someone for my slot (in 5 mins!! Literally!!) to top it off, there was a rude patient who felt she had to voice her piece by generally saying she took my slot. This was my first and last dealings with Aspen Dental and do not reccomend anyone to go here expecting quality customer care or polite customer service.

Had a partial denture emergency with my moms partials while visiting from Canada for the Nephew/ Grandsons graduation . Called in and spoke to Lisa at the desk. Came in for our 10 AM appointment and we were escorted in for XRays pretty much immediately. Joel took the XRays and then an impression, asked a few questions and what we wanted to achieve through this visit- by 12:30 we were back into the office for sizing and pick up... the doctor made a TINY adjustment for my mom and we were out the door. Not ONLY did the technician do an AMAZING and decently priced job as claimed by my mom- he took the time to give us some pretty great information as to why it happened in the first place. GREAT TEAM- helpful, courteous, positively responsive to our financial concerns and an overall super experience!!! Thank-you Aspen Dental Holland location staff!!!

This place is an absolute joke!! I came here because my insurance changed and this was the only place in my area that my insurance is covered. I have been to my current dentist for years and have been told I have been taking excellent care of my teeth. I come here for my initial exam, to be told I need to have over $2000 of periodontal cleaning not covered by insurance company. I told them I would like to pass at this time and just get my normal cleaning I was due for. I was told no, that they will not under treat me, and when I didnt agree, I was shown the door. You wonder why people hate the dentist so much! I will gladly pay what I need to at full cost at my Dentist, whom I trust completely! I will never go back to aspen dental again!

I was greeted by the front staff receptionist soon as I walked in, she was very friendly & proficiant. I was seen promptly by the hygienist Lindsay. She took some x-rays on me & then cleaned my teeth, she was very professional & outgoing. After cleaning my teeth she went to get Dr. Yun right away for my exam. He was also very proficiant & professional. I received xrays, a cleaning, and an exam in 30 minutes or less. Fortunately everything went well for me. My husband went a few days later for a cleaning & he had a good experience also. We will be returning to this office for cleanings & any other treatment we may need even though we live in Muskegon.

My experience during this visit was a positive one. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and more than willing to help. I received prompt care and was taken back for x-rays and to the exam room within 10 minutes of my arrival. The hygienist was very polite, thorough, and answered all my questions. The dentist was professional, quick in his exam, but thorough, and took the time to explain what he saw. He handled all my concerns in a manner that exceeded expectations. I will definetly go back and will recommend this branch to others. Much better care than I have received at previous dentist offices. Very impressed!

I was so scared to go to the dentists... A dentist i went to before was so rude. I made the app. at Aspen Dental and let me tell you Lindsey, Carrie, Dr Dhillon and Yanet are the best. I will never ever change dentist. They really work with you and give you the best service ever. I will always go the dentist on time as long as I have aspen dental and these ladys in Holland. Very friendly, they explain everything; they talk to you like they have known you for years that what I loved about it you could be comfortable. The dentist office its self is amazing very clean I would recommend everyone to go to aspen dental
