Pitbull .Crazy

My girls have been seen by Dr. Janer for around ten years. Dr. Janer and her staff are amazing! They have worked with us a couple of times. They are very kind and caring. I am a little disappointed that my oldest is turning 18 in two years because she will be moving on to an adult dentist at that time. I also wish that I could go through her practice. They are so gentle. I would recommend Dr. Janer to anyone. My youngest had to have some pretty extensive dental work done a few years ago. Dr. Janer did it through Tipton hospital. My little girl had to be anesthetized for the first time. I was a wreck. Dr. Janer was very reassuring. She did a wonderful job. You cant go wrong taking your children to Little Smiles!

The staff was pleasant but their office policy is to not allow parents to be in the room while they do dental work like filling a cavity. My son is 20 months old and they wanted to strap him down, give him shots, and do dental work on him without me at least in his view when hes never been away from me, ever. There was no negotiating with these people and I was appalled. After speaking with several members of the staff and there was obviously no negotiating, I immediately asked for a release of his records and will be taking him elsewhere. I will never take my child somewhere with staff members who can be that heartless and not realize how scared children are especially children who are under two years old!

I was surprised to have read a poor review. Therefore, I wanted to share our experience. My son is 6 and my baby is 13 months. We had such a fun and wonderful experience today. The staff was amazing, they were so very kid friendly. The place is very fun, engaging, castle playhouse, video games, motor skill type toys and activities, balloons, toys, toothbrushes, and amazing dental care. I could not have been more impressed and we are looking forward to going back. My son even asked, "can we go back and do that again next week?"
