Administrative staff including receptionists over the last year have been consistently poor. A year ago, there was a miscommunication on what time the appointment was rescheduled causing last minute scheduling changes with work to make the appointment. They havent been able to get my medical records for a year with no explanation. When following up, the receptionist tries to tell me they really arent important anyway. Seems like I cant get straight answers when I call about claims or insurance and I have to follow up with multiple calls. Staff seems put out when you ask anything. Overall, a lack of professionalism and always a hassle. However, providers including NP Miller are great if you can overlook the admin headaches.
