I am a health care professional as well, and I was very shocked with the poor service I was given. It started when I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, yet had to wait 45 minutes to be taken back to the room. The woman who showed me to the room was short with me for no reason, and did not clearly describe what I had to do. I then waited in the room for 10 minutes until the chiropractor finally came. I had come in because my hip had been giving me trouble, and I made that very clear. However, when the Dr. heard that I had been in a car accident 3 years ago and had whiplash from that, he instantly decided that this was what he was going to focus on. I pointed out several times that my neck was fine and that I had seen a different chiropractor, but he ignored me and x-rayed and cracked only my neck, giving me the worst headache Ive ever experienced. When I came back the next week to look at the x-rays, he pointed out that my neck was perfectly fine. Um, DUH! He then proceeded to give me advice, but everything he told me were things I had learned in the first week at a 6 month long trade school. The entire experience was completely unprofessional, needless to say I will not be returning, nor referring any of my patients to this chiropractor.

Had a bad case of "Golfers Elbow". After one visit if felt amazing. After a few more visits my pain is gone and I am back doing everything I did before. They even took the time to teach me preventative exercises and stretches that applied directly to my pain. I would recommend this place to anyone. The Dr.s and staff are very pleasant and treat you like they would like to be treated.
