So I went to Emergency dental to get a wisdom tooth pulled that popped out of nowhere and was killing my entire right side of my head. I went in, and they set up an appointment for me in two days, and that was ok. When I got there, I specifically asked how much it would be, because I had had a terrible experience with a dentist before this who said it would cost this amount, then sent me a bill in the mail afterward. I was told 60 dollars if it was an easy extraction (which it was). Got the procedure done, and everything went fine. Paid up my 60 dollars and off I went. A few weeks later, whats this?? I got a bill in the mail for 83 dollars (more than I even had to pay at the office). I called to ask what was going on, they gave me their BS lies, and I told them that I specifically asked and they said it would be 60 dollars. Well were sorry. Thats the answer youll get. I would rather have every single one of my teeth fall out then to go back to these crooks. Im not upset about the cost, Im upset that they blatantly lie to their clients so they can just get paid whatever they want later on, and theres nothing the client can do about it. Forget getting their word or it in writing, if you go there, record what they say as future evidence so they cant screw you. I swear, I would have an easier time finding a leprechaun than an honest dentist!!!!

Came here for severe tooth pain, and they had 4 other walk-ins which didnt bother me since I was willing to wait. After getting in they took an x-ray, and then the dentist came in, looked at my tooth and said he cant drill it and we would have to pull it due to the way it was cracked. This was not an option in my book and felt he was taking the easy way out since he was busy at the time. So I left with no option but to endure severe pain for 2 days(because of the dentist here). Saw my normal dentist on the second day of hell, he drilled it, filled it and here I am 2 years later without any issue on the tooth that a dentist from this location told me I was going to HAVE to lose!!! Just use caution when going here is all Im saying. The rest of the dentist might be honest, but there is at least one who is a lazy liar.

This place is a joke! After waiting 20 minutes to have someone acknowledge I was there, I was told it would be hours before I could be seen. There was one other person sitting there. I told the lady I was willing to wait as I was in pain. She said "fine... Do you have insurance?" I said "yes, I am actually double covered in dental insurance". She then proceeded to tell me they dont take Cigna or MetLife dental, they will oy accept delta dental. I cant beleive the only emergency dental office in the metro area will only accept ONE insurance plan?? I felt like they were trying to get rid of me so they didnt have to stay any later than scheduled. There were three hygienists staring at me the entire time I was talking to this (unprofessional) receptionist. What is going on at this place??????

I had an awful tooth ache. The pain was so bad it would wake me up in the middle of the night. It was literally debilitating as all I could do is wait in agony until the pain reliever kicked in. When I called Emergency Dental, they were able to make an appointment with me the same day. Within minutes I had a diagnosis and a prescription. The dentist was very nice and clearly explained exactly what was going on with my tooth. Plus, the cost was WAY less than I was expecting given the impromptu service that was provided. I felt foolish for waiting so long to go see them.

Ive had many poor experiences with dentists in the past but I was pleasantly surprised after getting a tooth pulled here yesterday. They got me right in the same day l contacted them. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They were not at all rude or condescending as Ive experienced at other dentists. Because of my insurance (delta dental) it was incredibly cheap ($75) as well!! Sitting here the next day Im in no pain whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks to everyone at Emergency Dental for your hard work & hospitality.

Extreme dental pain is the worst. Extreme dental pain on a holiday weekend-- FORGET IT. I am extremely thankful for Emergency Dental in Clive being open on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. We took X-rays and decided to remove a tooth that had been killing me for the previous 48 hours. I just want to thank Dr. Solinger and staff for quick, expert and friendly care even on a holiday weekend! Thank you!

This place and the people who take care of us are so AMAZING. We moved here from TX and did not have a Dentist. I broke a tooth in Nov...they got me in the next day, made a temp, ordered a crown and it was even in 2wks early. I am so happy with the work and the wonderful people there! We are now set with a dentist here in Iowa, we will be back for cleanings and such!! THANK YOU!!

I had a great experience with this dental office, they were very kind and caring. I went to them after a dentist made a error on a filling and the dentist was really nice and caring and called me with his home number if I needed anything. Will return to this dentist again! highly reccommended

Great experience. Needed to get in quickly as I broke a tooth and needed a root canal and a crown. Quick appointment and was treated very well. Polite and professional and they were very considerate of my concerns. Gave me a couple options for treatment. I was impressed and I will be back!

Left in more pain than I came in with. And they still hadnt pulled bad tooth. Dr was cold, inefficient and didnt even know how much novicaine to use to numb me. Wife found him playing games on computer while I was laying in chair in severe pain. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Had an infected tooth that needed out right away. They explained pricing to me before anything was done and the people performing the procedure were great. Would go back to them again in any dental emergency!!

Emergency Dental was AWESOME!!! The doctor was amazing ! He was so nice and funny as well and that is much need in an emergency!! I just wish he has his own practice not just for emergencies
