Poor customer service - long waits, unable to request a copy of your own information and could not even verify over the phone simple questions I had on my previous contacts prescription. Very rude individual who answered the phone. Wont even email you copies of release forms to get your records sent to you. Who has a personal fax machine these days? Need to update technology to provide a better customer experience. Additionally the man who answered the at reception - did not want to give me his name- was short and rude when i was concerned about why they would not release my records to me when I was willing to verify any piece of information they would request and he accused me of wanting to buy contacts online without a prescription and that it was a HIPPA violation - which he then admitted was no accurate as this is my personal information. Very frustrated with their inability to cooperate with a patient and customer with a simple request and accusing me of something that i feel like would not be legal - I am pretty sure to purchase any form of correct lens (not including readers from walmart) that you NEED a valid prescription. I will definitely be taking my familys eye care to another doctor.

This is a great place to go for an eye exam; they have a lot of the new techniques and machines. They can take a picture of your retina and show you your eye health. They also have the new glasses that correct higher order aberrations, so thats a good option if you have trouble with night driving. I went there because they have corneal refractive therapy lenses (they hard contacts that you wear at night and take out in the morning to shape your eye) and theyve been very helpful thus far.
