They have a friendly staff but they dont resolve issues as they should. I went there to pick my new sunglasses up and one of their sales representatives gave them to me, then said they needed to be ajusted a little tighter to my face and I agreed. He didnt really know what he was doing and broke the frame during the adjustment process. He could not find the same kind of glasses at the store, wich I can understand, as it was an accident and can happen to anyone. He then he told me he needed to re-order them. I let him know that I need my new glasses to arrive as soon as possible because I am going on a trip soon. He said he could not make any promises as far as arrival date is concerned. Given that its the stores fault that I dont already have my glasses, its unbelievable that I was not even offered free expedited shipping to increase the chances They will arrive in time. Very disappointed!

I love going to the Lenscrafters in Towne East. We have been taking our children there for the last 12 years to get their glasses. In those 12 years I cant think of even just one time we have left the store and not been pleased both with the service and the product. William has been the associate we have dealt with the most, and I have to say we love this man! He has always been a real pleasure to work with. We like all of the associates we have spoken with, but I honestly have to say we always hope he is the one we are able work with when we go in. I applaud this store and recommend it to anyone needing glasses.

The people who work at this store are friendly, but if you have a problem, you can not count on the manager, William for any help. I feel like he was very rude and did not care if I could see out of my glasses or not. Told me to come back in two weeks and go back to my eye Dr. Its two months later and I still have trouble with these glasses. They also have a spot that discolors on the lens. No empathy whatsoever. I have brought many pairs of glasses there for my family for several years and will not be back.
