First of Dr. Powers is amazing. She was able to give me insight into my agstisam that I was never given before. The office staff are extremely rude and uncaring. I was already frustrated that after my visit I was unable to walk out with sample contacts. This is because I need a special kind. I also made sure to have insurance that covers my agastism. The office staff told me that I was needing to pay extra. I know this is not true because of the plan I have. When questioned I was made to feel stupid and they refused to call my insurance. So, I had to forget today and the insurance is now having to take care of it. They also wanted me to order contacts and wouldnt let me leave until I did. When I havent even recieved my sample contacts. So I paid 200 dollars for a product I dont even have and needed for a family reunion coming up this weekend. So, I get to drive with glasses that are not exactly what I need. Also, as a teacher here in OK I barely make enough money to cover bills. So, I very cautious about my insurance and luxuries like contacts. But I paid 200 for a product I dont have because of extremely pushy office staff.

Dr. Kish is awesome! Ive been going to her for years and will continue to have her as my eye doctor. Ive experienced glasses, contacts, and lasik surgery with her and she has never faltered in leaving me very satisfied. She is knowledgeable, friendly, personable and puts customer care at the top of her priority list. Her exams are thorough and she explains the health of your eyes, along with all the options for procedures and plan of care, with honesty and great detail. At the end of each appointment she walks every patient to the front to ensure they are taken care of and instructions are given to the staff. Her staff has changed over the years, but have always been pleasant and helpful. Dr. Kishs professionalism, personality, and great, positive, upbeat attitude is infectious which will leave you feeling good and well taken care of at the end of your appointment. Eyesight is a very precious sense and I trust her completely with mine.

Where do I begin, first of all why bother making an appointment when they accept walk-ins and now YOU have to wait past your appointment time, secondly, they made me pay $39.00 for a fancy machine that takes a picture of the back of your eyes, great, but why should I have to pay for that, I should only have been responsible for my co-pay, thirdly after waiting 2 hours in her office on a Saturday they wanted me to come back on Monday to re-check something and was going to charge me for an office visit and the cost for an MRI(which I refused to pay). As you can tell I am not happy with this office and will find somewhere else that accepts my insurance.

I went to have an eye exam along with a contact fitting on February 20, 2013. It is now April 9 and I still do not have my TRIAL pair of contacts. They have already charged my credit card and my insurance for the 6 month supply of permanent lens but have yet to get the trial lens to make sure they are what I need. After over 45 days they offered to call the company to see where the contacts were. I have been the one contacting Dr. Kishs office repeatedly about the situation and have yet to receive a call from them. This is the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. I would never recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

If I could put a negative I would. This is by far the worst customer service experience in my entire life. First of all the front office staff is very immature and completely unprofessional. Secondly, it took nearly 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. And then they didnt tell me that the contact fitting was not covered by my insurance and are now holding my prescription hostage until I pay them $137 for the exam. Not only that but they humiliated me by making me take the contacts out that they made me wait half an hour for in front of a full office. I would never go back there even if everything was free.

While the doc was good, the staff she has working for her is HORRIBLE! They attempt to be professional and only come off as condescending and pompous. I wouldnt mind that so much if they didnt constantly make mistakes. These are they kind of people who make mistakes and try to make you feel bad about it. Again, there are many choices so DO NOT GO HERE! Not worth the attitude and hassle. Give your hard earned money to someone who deserves it.

The WORST office staff. It shouldnt take over 2 months for them to fix their error that has cost me over $100. Its still not resolved. They havent apologized. I have been only polite and patient. I dont bother to tell the doctor because, like last time her staff dropped the ball, I expect she will shrug and walk off.

I would give less if possible. The negative reviews are correct. They supposedly perform extra tests above and beyond what the typical insurance will pay for and hit you for the bill. They are uncaring and annoyed when you question them about it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dr. Kish and staff are wonderful. My visit was quick and easy, my bill was reasonable, and I feel very satisfied with the service I received. I was very impressed by Dr. Kish, she was personable and appeared to be very intelligent and knowledgeable about her field.
