I WISH I COULD NEGATIVE STARS!!!! THEY LOSE PRESCRIPTIONS!!! *******************WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! *********************** They were supposed to give my husband a copy of his prescription and didnt. So we called today and the gal said she "forgot" to give it to him and that she would email it. She then called back and said they LOST the prescription and my husband would need to go back in for a 20 minute recheck. So, I need to leave work early for this? Then the doctor, if thats what you want to call him, said hed send someone to pick up my husband and bring him in, but its a school day and how the heck is my elementary school kid going to get home? They were gracious enough to give me the copay of $10 back and a insincere apology. Bless their hearts. HOW DO YOU LOSE A PRESCRIPTION?! WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS???? DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS JOKE OF A VISION CENTER. NEXT CALL IS MY INSURANCE COMPANY.

Dr. Lam was able to cut my lenses right there at his office on my visit. Its a great feeling when I can come in with old glasses, get my eye exam done with top-of-the-line equipment, have my new lenses cut right there, and leave with my stylish new set of glasses all in the same visit. Custom cutting lenses is a service I rarely see other eye doctors do right there in their office. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lam to anyone looking for a high quality optometrist with a quick turnaround for new specs. Thanks!

Great service, very clean office and extremely helpful staff. Loved Dr. Kelvin Lam. He fitted me with a pair of multi-focal lenses that are comfortable and work for both my social and work needs. Highly recommend him!
