My husband is a current patient of Dr.Osborne so I decided to schedule my seven year old son for an appointment to have his eye exam done, my son is covered under Texas Medicaid and the receptionist told me they only see Medicaid on Tuesdays and do not offer any other day to them, I spoke with Texas medicaid and apparently any office that accepts medicaid are not allowed to descriminate medicaid patients and only schedule them on a certain day "have a medicaid only day", I then asked for the receptionist name and she told me her name was Janice (which in fact after calling a second time later in the day I found out her name is not Janice her name is Jessica) also when I asked "Janice" for the doctors first name she told me that the doctors name is Dr. Crowley and that she didnt know her first name becuase she started working there, this seemed very odd to me becuase I knew that the doctor is Dr.Osborne I just wasnt sure what her first name was. All in all I decided to schedule my son somewhere else, the expierence with the phone calls was very disburing and I would fear the actual care that patients get at this office.

Dr. Osborne was great. Shes very down to earth and personable. Her staff seemed new and in training, so I cant say much about them other than they were nice. Both appts I had, I was seen pretty close to "on time", however there were a TON of people in the waiting room. The room seats about 8 people and it was over crowded both times. This is most likely due to other people that came in with the patients, but as a person who is just a bit on the OCD when it comes to personal space, I found this to be a turnoff. It would not stop me from going to her office though. I will just likely schedule my appts for a day other than Saturday!

One of the rudest health related providers that I have used. The office staff repeatedly spoke over you and did not listen. Osborne actually asked me a question and than interrupted me and said that she did not care. She was not clear on possible solutions and when I chose one that did not work for me she did not seem to care. There are other effective Optometrist out there. Why go to this one?

This has been the worst experience in my life. I paid with no insurnace to be prescribed contacts. They will not ler me talk to the doctor the manage is so rude Leticia and the othwr employees.This place is totally a waste of time and money. I would never want anybody to go through what they put me through. Do not go to this unprofessional eye clinic.

This is the only eye doctor I will go to, extremely nice takes care of whatever I need. Cares alot about her patients and their time. I do not understand the negative reviews that are on here because Dr Osbourne is one of the most genuine health care providers Ive ever had to get help from.

I and my family have been going to Dr Osbourne for many years. Her staff is great. They know who I am by first name, they know my husband. they have treated my 92 yr old grandmother and my mother in law. I cant say enough great things about Dr Osbourne and I will not go anywhere else.

Horrible staff. Went there to get an emergency prescription for contacts for my son when I asked if they could give me a pass for school, they rudely said no b/c I did not make an appointment. What part of emergency did they not get?!?!? We have definitely switched OD.
