Ok so I have never been one to take the time to post a review on a business but my experience at Dr.Trieus office today was excellent. Today was my first visit at this office and initially there was an issue with my insurance coverage. The girls up front got right on it and called the customer service department with my insurance company and promptly and professionally got it taken care of right away. I must say, the customer service and friendliness as well as professionalism is close to perfection at this place! Then, I saw Dr. Trieu and was really taken back at the excellent quality of care that she takes with her patients and how much she seems to want to ensure that every patient receives their exact eye care needs! She really took her time and listened to me. It has been extremely difficult for me to find a good eye docter in the area as I feel like I am almost blind I always get nervous having to go to a new eye docter. Cant say that I have ever had such a wonderful experience at a docter before today and as I was leaving everyone made it a point to speak to me and were super friendly! I myself work in healthcare and feel that the most important thing first and foremost is to make the patient is as comfortable as possible and that is definately what this place is about, plus you leave feeling as if you found a friend as well as a great docter and staff!

I just had my vision checked here today.I love Dr. Trieu and her staff.Always friendly with a minimal wait time.You can walk out out Dr.Trieus office right into the Walmart Vision Center where they will fix you up with an affordable new pair of glasses.They can also put your new prescription lenses into your old frames as well.Do yourself and your eyes a favor and schedule your next eye exam with Dr.Trieu!

Had an 11am appointment. Its 12pm and still havent been seen by the OD. Whats the point of setting up an appointment if youre going to make your client wait for a hour. Highly unprofessional. Wont be returning.

Entire staff is completely RUDE! You will be charged extra for unperformed procedures. And, when you call them out on the outstanding charges you will receive a big "thank you" in an inaccurate prescription.
