I had an eye exam there and it went well. The problems started when I purchased my glasses. Upon there arrival, I was not happy with the quality of the lenses. The office was very nice about sending them back. They came back a second time and the lenses were not positioned in the frame correctly. I asked if I needed to pick out a different frame and was told I did not need to and they could get it fixed. The process took over 60 days and I asked if I could get a refund to go somewhere else. I was told that since it had taken so long that I could not get a refund and my benefits had been used for the year. I was upset and the staff Lisa said I could call my insurance provider to ask for my benefits back but I could not have a refund. I contacted the insurance company and was able to get my benefits back but not even a portion of my money that I paid. I feel as though I should have been informed that there was a time limit on getting a refund even though I never actually took the glasses out of the shop. I went, saw they were done incorrect and had them sent back and that was for two seperate occasions. Eventually about 90-120 days after the start, they sent me the glasses (still not right) and I went to another eyewear company and received a new pair of glasses.

Dr. La is the best. She is very thorough with your eye exam. She then explains (in plain English) what tests she has done and the results of all the tests. She also answers any questions you might have. The office staff and her assistants are friendly, caring and genuinely nice. The Bakers are blessed to have them. Baker Family Eyecare is the best place I have ever had the privilege to do business with regarding my eyes.
