This is a very unethical business. If you are new to this area and looking for an Eye Care skip this place. When I first walked in the receptionist were talking about disturbing topics. When they finally got to me they were very unprofessional, I should have known then that I should have walked out. The doctor came in 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. After things were done the were up selling different products then talked me into get glasses as well when I simply came for Contacts. They made it seem like the glasses were part of some special. When I came back to pick up my Contacts, what I came here for they stated you have to go elsewhere and get those. They charged my insurance just to get me to buy other products and glasses when I came for Contacts. My insurance company also stated what they were doing wasnt ethical and when I call to speak with the Managers they cant come to the phone and they do not have a direct line. No wonder no one was in that office. They have only 5 reviews on their site and I can bet you that they Reviewed themselves. Do not come to this place!!!!

The rude main receptionist stopped me before I even finished checking in with them, stating that (paraphrasing) their fee went up, so if I didnt want to continue I can cancel, which was never told to me until I got to the office. They then demanded my medical insurance card as well as my vision insurance card, I noticed a charge on both. They have no need to have a medical insurance card. They then told me how much the contact lenses would be, and it was 2-3 times what they should be. They overcharge and are incredibly rude. The doctor at least seemed nice and sounded like she knew what she was talking about.

Nothing was explained. I took my girls because it was an in network for our health insurance and should have been free. Go to check out and was charged $60 per child for just an eye exam. $10 more I couldve went somewhere else to get an exam and glasses. When I called insurance they stated it shouldve been free unless they completed a diagnosis exam. If Id knew this I would of never went there. Never again will we visit this place.

Dr. Orth and Trinity Eye Care are awesome! My family is in our 3rd year with them, and I highly recommend them for eye care. The facility is spotless, the staff is gracious and kind, and Dr. Orth is a great doctor.

Dr Orth has been my familys optometrist for about 8 years. She is thorough, punctual and professional. The office staff is efficient and friendly, I would highly recommend her.
