Dr. Troupe is an eye doctor I will follow anywhere. I first started seeing her at my local Target but when she relocated, I didnt even ask why — I just relocated with her! She is soft spoken, the environment of care in her office is a reflection of this I believe. The exam is always thorough and covers every detail she needs to diagnose my vision and more. This new office has a large storefront with countless pairs of frames to try. If your plan has Dr. Troupe in its provider network, you should come see her! My particular plan (VSP) even provides discounts for coming to her and purchasing my frames in her office. Ill always use Dr. Troupe as my vision provider!

Very unhappy with service. I Will never come back again. Just moved to the area trying to find a permanent eye doctor. They seem very money hungry willing to look over others just to make a sale. I felt this in my first intial check up but chalked it up to my first time. Upon coming back to my contact and prescription pick up they treated me the same way. I cant understand why its so hard to provide great customer service as being a new business. Your future is dismal and I will continue to let others know.

Not feeling this place at all. A friend of mine went in to get some services for his eyes and was asked to remove his jacket. The jacket had a patch on it that signified pride in his ethnicity (pan African flag). It had no racist connotation, was not offensive, vulgar or obscene. That is extremely prejudiced, culturally insensitive and offensive. Completely unacceptable and akin to be asked to leave a plane for speaking another language.

I recommend Troupe Eye Care to my friends. State of the art digital equipment, excellent selection of frames and great customer service. Dr. Troupe takes her time with you and is also very knowledgeable. The have a brand new office that is conveniently located. The whole staff is wonderful! I highly recommend them!

Fast service and great customer service. Broke my only pair of glasses. Got appt same day called. Super nice and helpful! Got contacts and glasses. Other places couldnt get me in for another week. Price was reasonable with VSP insurance. Would recommend!
