Charged 182 for a basic eye exam. You can get the same anywhere else for 60. Contacts cost 40% more than online and took over a week to come in. Wont be back sadly. Went in for the rebate they didnt have when i bought them and was given a copy of another pt form. Had to call to tell them that they have to file it. Says it right on the rebate form.

Everyone was friendly. Except the optometrist, that argued with me. He tried to get me to buy the most expensive contacts after I repeatedly requested a less expensive brand. I was suprised by his persistence and he only relented when I agreed to buy a $30+ bottle of cleaner! Not thrilled with feeling squeezed for $$

Wife ordered glasses. It took 3 weeks not the 10 days they said. When she did get them they were totally the wrong perscription. Now its another 2 weeks for them to fix them. They got 1 star because i couldnt put zero. Never again. Plus quite rude when we got upset about the whole ordeal.
