I got my first pair of glasses at Vision Masters by Todd when I was in 6th grade. My parents and I continued to see Todd through high school up until I graduated then my father passed away, my mom moved and I struggled for a while. Needless to say, I revisited this location in 2014 and saw a wonderful doctor named Michael as Todd has sadly left the practice. The receptionist, Amy, and manager, Jay, however, are two of the rudest people Ive ever dealt with. I had a contact exam in January and called to ask if I could try a different pair of contacts since they didnt work out. I realize it had been 8 months but I had just been wearing my glasses and dealing with it wasnt particularly on my to do list. The manager rudely retorted how he "didnt know what I was doing with a trial pair of contacts for 8 months". I told him I wasnt wearing them anymore obviously but they didnt work out. He said I should have came in a month later and that Id have to pay another sitting fee. I said that it just slid off my to do list and he repeated how he didnt know what I was doing wearing contacts for 8 months...I realized he wasnt really listening to me and was just being catty and contrary and this annoyed me so I hung up. I called back today to tell them how Ive been going to their practice since I was a young girl and asked if they could work with me on the sitting fee as I just want to try a different brand of contacts. She repeated what the manager said and I understood so I thanked her for her time and information. She called me back and said she pulled my file and said "I see before your last two visits, you havent been here since 2005. Youre not exactly a loyal customer, huh?" I couldnt believe it. I told her how rude she was and she got heated with me so I hung up. They clearly dont value their patients or professionalism. A simple yes or no to my inquiry would have sufficed. Its really a shame. As a side note, their glasses selection is not what it used to be. The one star I gave is because the actual optometry is great. However, after this incident, I wont be going back.

I recently went to Vision Masters because my insurance wasnt accepted at my previous eyeglass provider. This was the best eyeglass experience I have had. I bought contact lenses and had them the next day and when I told them about the glasses I have and how the anti glare coating was so scratched I couldnt even see through them. They told me they could probably remove the coating and the scratches would be gone. The place I bought them from Americas best told me it was my fault they scratched even though I was using the oroducts they sold me to clean them. Long story short my glasses are scratch free and I couldnt be happier with Vision Masters. Thanks Guys!
