Horrible customer service!!! Wife scheduled appointments for me and my daughter they didnt have me in system, not BIG deal,BUT THEY TOOK A 10$ CO PAY AND TURNED IT IN TO 49 WITH OUT ANY CONSENT!!!!!! I asked why they said they took pictures of her retina. Last year they did it wrote it off I guess that means I guess they charge what they want beware!!!!!! Then the man at the desk says if something would have been wrong WE would be having a different conversation!!?? He lost Ossip all our future business and I just told him that was B.S. and left. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM NOT CALLING BACK FOR MY APPOINTMENTS FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY AND WILL BE TAKING OUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

WARNING. Contact fitting is a HUGE ripoff! Cost is wayyy too expensive... Go to Wal-Mart. The tier pricing here is ridiculous. Ive worn contacts for decades and theres no reason to pay significantly more ($200 out of pocket after insurance) for "fitting" me for the same exact "special" contacts Ive worn fire years. Like a lot of health care, they treat it as a business and opportunity to legally scam through non transparency and take advantage of insurance. Talk about getting like a meal ticket.

I have been going to OSSIP for a few years now and I have never had an issue. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Kelly is the best eye doctor around. I have been seeing him for over 10 years!
