If I could give a worse rating I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an optometrist. I scheduled an appointment a month ago and took time off of work for the appointment and everything. I have been wearing old glasses for a month and a half because my contacts cut my eye and I just cant wear them anymore. I DESPERATELY needed to get in to see someone and people at work told me to go here. I have waited a month for this office to call me the day before my appointment. The first time they called to confirm my appointment, an hour and a half later they called to tell me that the doctor I was scheduled with was no longer taking appointments at 4 pm (even though they told me to come in at 3 for paperwork). They said I could either come in at 8 a.m. or reschedule for another 3 weeks out. So I agreed to the 8 a.m. appointment. At 4:30 in the afternoon today they called me to tell me that the doctor wont accept my 8 a.m. appointment either and that there was nothing else they could do. They wouldnt even reschedule my appointment. I am LIVID right now. When I called back to get the name of the doctor, they sent my phone call to an answering machine. I will NEVER tell ANYONE to go here and I highly advise people to take their business elsewhere. I have never even been seen by these doctors. I was a new patient and they have treated me the worst that I have ever been treated. I will not be surprised if they are closed down in a few months. I hope they are.

I tried to call and make an appointment because i had something going on with my eye it was red and swollen, anyways when i called the women took my name and info and told me she would call me right back to let me know when she could get me in well that was 2 days ago and still havent heard anything i went somewhere else and got taken care of, will not return to this place not with business like this

Dr. Muse is awesome! Ive been going here for two years now and Ive never had someone take the time to inform me of everything that is going on with my eyes as much as he has. All the people in the office are nice and professional.
