Pros: Friendly Staff, pleasant doctor, comfortable office. Cons: Appeared generally unorganized, insurance coordinator blatant in the fact she didnt know much at all about my insurance (Unum.) Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience here. While the doctor and staff were nice, the operations seemed unorganized. When ordering my glasses, the insurance coordinator mentioned several times she didnt know much about my insurance or what it covers. When my glasses came in two weeks later, the prescription was wrong. Typo. When I first mentioned the script was wrong, I was told to wait it out because my eyes needed to adjust. I continued to insist the script was wrong, and when they double-checked, they confirmed someone has entered a "-" instead of a "+." So, I was told they would correct this and put a rush order on the lenses. Three weeks later, after a few calls made by me checking on the status of the lenses, I was finally able to pick them up. The original case for the glasses was not available, so they gave me a spare one they had. They also did not include any cleaning solution or cloth. I will not be returning to this office. If the process had been smoother or if they had in some way tried to compensate for their mess up, I would consider it.
