Family Eye Care was courteous in all aspects of my appointment. They were very thorough in the review of the condition of my eyes and they made it easy for me to understand the terms and pictures. I felt like I was treated extraordinary well and they made it easy to get a pair of glasses as well.

Ive been going to FEC to see Dr. Hendrickson for about 15 years now and would give them a 10/10 if I could, however this rating system only seems to allow 5 stars. The staff is caring and knows me by name, and every time I make a new order for contact lenses, Ive been satisfied with my product.

Dr. H and the staff are real thorough with everything including your eye tests, and they take as much time as you need with them to explain everything. Dr. Hendrickson is great at explaining test results and converting medical jargon to common terms.
