I have had a chipped tooth for a while and ignored it, thinking "other things on the body grow back, why not a tooth?" My fear of dentists certainly didnt help this mindset... Well, the cavity got deeper and deeper until it reached the nerve. I went in, terrified, knowing it would have to be pulled, knowing it would be expensive, knowing it would hurt like a *censored*.... My first comment will be about the staff- very friendly, very reassuring. Walking in, I was greeted with a smile and a warm atmosphere (The architecture is very nice there. Good job interior designer! The only thing I dont get is why there are electrical sockets right next to the ceiling. No one can reach those!) I went back and had my x-rays. The equipment is very nice. The chairs have a massage feature... They even have tvs for long procedures or maybe kids? Everything is open and welcoming and clean. I havent been to a dentist in years and told them it was because I was afraid, they were very reassuring. The dentist came back and was also very reassuring. They used all proper hygienic precautions and had my tooth out in half an hour. The best part is, I didnt feel a thing after the shots they gave me. I was still terrified, and did my best to keep my tremors at a minimum. They were very nice and comforting, they told me what was going to happen before it happened and it was overall, a good experience... Coming from someone who has avoided the dentist for seven years, I give them five stars. They were clean, professional, kind and did everything they could to calm my fears. I would recommend them to anyone. I honestly wish I could take them home with me (Im just visiting.) I would go to them regularly.

I somehow broke a huge chunk out of one of my molars last night at work. Having called every single dentist in my area and finding no help I decided I may as well go to Urgent Dental Care despite the bad reviews Id read on here. I went in without an appointment and expected a long wait. Nope. I was checked in and back in the dentist chair within 20 minutes. The dental assistant asked if I wanted to watch tv so I started thinking that THIS is when the real wait begins. Decided to play a game on my phone. Within 15 minutes Id already gotten my x-ray and spoken to the dentist about what my choices in care would be. My tooth had broken down into the roots so she told me itd be best if she just pulled it out. That was fine with me. I was in horrible pain and the sharp, jagged tooth edges were cutting the side of my mouth and my tongue. Id admitted that my fear of the dentist and thats the reason I was in this predicament to begin with. They assured me it wouldnt be that bad. I still had my reservations. Turns out, they were right. They numbed me, let it sit for about 20 minutes to ensure Id feel nothing, and got straight to work. Explaining everything as they went, the dentist started the seemingly painful work. I promise you, that tooth was GONE before I knew it. There was no ripping noises or hard yanking on the tooth. I was so surprised at how quickly it was all done and I felt absolutely nothing. My fear of THIS DENTIST is gone completely. Ill certainly be back for the routine care Ive avoided all of my adult life!

The dentist came straight over to my sons chair after having his hands in some other guys mouth! I can tell because there arent solid walls and could hear everything! There is just a cabinet unit separating each chair.. I asked the dentist if he just had his hands in the other guys mouth and he said yes and processed to say that he was going to change gloves.. He was justifying not washing his hands! Does he not realize that he contaminates the new gloves with the germs from the old gloves.. He continued on to say that he was embarrassed, that he should wash his hands and then used HAND SANITIZER! I am glad I was back there to catch this! They are dealing with blood to mouth! Serious business!! I will never go back! Not to mention that my son is 11 years old and the dentist looked in his mouth for literally 10 seconds and said he needed a root canal!!

Took my daughter in on a Sunday; waited less than 5 minutes after completing new-patient paperwork. Dr "Bear" had a full-mouth xray ordered (not surprising) which was not covered by insurance (previous one was within the allowed timeframe) so I paid for it (just over one hundred dollars). He explained his findings and diagnosed my daughters issue as a virus, for which I should take her back to her family doctor. He gave me his card with what he thought the virus was to give to her doctor. He didnt charge for anything extra and even provided us with a few samples to relieve her discomfort. The office seemed clean, modern and well-staffed, even for a Sunday. Overall, it was a very good experience with all of the staff and would consider using them as our permanent dentist. And they are NOT in the Great Clips shop, only near it.

The staff was polite, and my wait wasnt too terribly long. However, it took 3 tries to get an X-ray of my back molar, and an exam of no less then 10 seconds where they suggested a root canal. I got a second opinion next day, where I was informed that I didnt need a root canal, just a filling. The second dentist I went to requested the X-ray, and Urgent Dental did oblige, but instead of sending the third COMPLETE X-ray which showed my back molar, they sent the first X-ray, or possibly the second, both of which did not show my whole tooth. My recommendation, unless you are to the point that you cant even eat, wait to see a proper dentist. Luckily the second dentist didnt charge me for the X-ray they took ( which they got right on the first try)2 stars ONLY because the front desk staff was polite and the facility clean.

I dont no what happend to that place it use to be much better but last two times i,ve beenn there it was problems i was over charged had to wait for my OVER PAYMENT check in the mail an the assistant act like she had an attitude an no training she poked me with the sucktion tube after i told her it hurt because i was,t all the way num she kept rite on pokin me, u would think after all these years in biss. They would have ALL things like that in order but NO! An doc was rite out of school. But he was,t the problem. Lets get it together urgent care your better then that! As it is rite now i would say dot waste your time an money oh yea i had a tooth pulled a week later mouth still hurting, i know thats no suppose to be.

Was in and out of doctors offices and emergency rooms for two weeks with constant pain on the right side of my face and blood coming out of my right ear "gross I know " entire time the doctors kept telling me I had sinusitis and an ear infection. After 4 different antibiotics and three different pain pills nothing worked so I went too Urgent dental just too see what they said. Turns out I had a major infection inside of my right back molar witch was deteriorating my jaw bone. Dr. Smith could tell how much pain I was in and how nervous I was he walked me thru the extraction procedure and it was over before I could tell. Highly recommend nicest staff and facility Ive ever been in.
