If I could give a negative rating for this clinic I would. In September we took our Boston Terrier in because she has began having trimmers when she was sleeping or just resting. We were told that she couldnt tell them if she was feeling bad but that Boston Terriers shake. We told them that this was a new event but they said she was fine. One month later and after she had lost 10 lbs we took her back. Another vet at this practice told us she was the healthiest Boston Terrier he had seen at the age of 7. Not to worry about her. So now we have a Boston that has lost 1/3 of her weight in less then a month and trimmers that keep getting worse. We switch vets and found out that she had a horrible UTI and Cushing Diesse. We bargain treatment but unfortunately for our sweet pup it was too late. She died in my arms a couple weeks later and 27 days after I was told she was the healthiest Boston Terrier they had ever seen. No blood work , no urine sample just she looked great. Horrible for us. I didnt post after she passed because I thought this might be an isolated incident but today I found out that my friend dog has been having trouble and taken to Hebron Vet Clinic twice and told basically the same thing. Pets cant tell us how they feel blah blah blah. No testing. Found out that this poor pup has pancreatitis. He has been suffering with this for the past two months. Vets have to listen to the owners of the pets and do test if necessary. I would have paid anything to keep my pup. Please beware and find another Vet to care for your furry friends. Twice is no coincidence. Im sure we are not the only ones.

Ive had two experiences with this clinic. The first with my cat was a great experience, no complaints. The second visit my dog was treated by a different dr. I informed them the cost of the visit/procedures was a huge concern and I would need to be told the prices up front then decide. Long story short, the bill was over $40 more than what I was told. They took her into another room and did additional blood work and a vaccine that I had not consented to. She was given one vaccine she wasnt due for and they gave her one of a two part booster instead of the regular one part booster. I have to take her back and pay for another vaccine and office visit. To top it all off, when I declined the 6 months of heart worm prevention meds the vet went out of her way to try to make me feel like a lousy pet owner. She told me if I cared about my dog at all I would buy the meds. I dont even know for a fact that they even drew the blood or gave her any vaccines. That is the first time my pet has ever been taken away from me for a procedure. When I had brought my cat in, all blood work and shots were done right there in the room with me.I wont be going back to this vet. When the second vaccine is due next week, Ill be going someplace else.

I brought my dog to Hebron Animal Hospital after a tumor popped up on her side and her regular vet was not concerned about it and couldnt see her for four weeks. Hebron Animal Hospital made me an appointment right away and understood my concern for my pet. When Dr. Hale came in and sat down on the floor to wait for my scared dog to come out from under the bench, I knew this was my forever vet!! Weve been coming here ever since and going on 13+ years now! Everyone here has been more than wonderful and always attentive to whatever my needs were at the time. Ive brought all three of our dogs here now, our cat, and would never go anywhere else. And when it came time to put my 16 year old puppy down, everyone at the office was so understanding and sympathetic; they did their absolute best to make us as comfortable as possible. They are very professional and really care about the animals. Ive recommended them to all my family and now my mom, my aunt, and my son all take their pets here! THEYRE THE BEST!!!

Just moved back into the area and have Chop back on as a patient here. The staff & Docs have ALWAYS been nothing but loving to him. He is very comfortable here, and actually gets excited when we pull up....because he knows hes about to get lovins from a lot of people. Thats comforting to us as well. Its far better than him being scared and uncomfortable. We have seen that in the past at other Vets. I am so thankful to have moved back into the area and was able to get him back in the care of this team. We had him back in today for the 1st time since mid 2013. He has a new Doc, Brittany. She was super awesome with him from the get go. He was so comfortable with her. That means everything to us. The ladies out front and the entire staff always make him feel safe and loved. Thank you all for taking such great care of our Chop.

We have been going to Hebron Animal Hospital for more years than Id like to count, and weve always had wonderful experiences with our fur babies there. We have a dog and 2 cats and they have never been anything but fantastic! This trip we took our cat, Maxi, in to be shaved. He has extremely long fur and it was so matted because he wont let anyone brush him unless you dont mind losing a finger! Dr. Buetel did a beautiful job on him. Hes ginger so he really looks like a lion. She left some fur on his lower legs and it looks like he has on boots. It is precious. Thank you also to Donna for setting everything up for us to get him shaved. I highly recommend any of the vets there. Our kids even take their pets there now that they live in the area again.

Went here a few years ago one time. Dr has poor bedside manner. I was hugging my dog while he walked in because she was aggressive and didnt like strangers. The Dr did not speak to me or the dog, just walked in and unbeknownst to me was starting to take her temperature. Without any warning. My dog was obviously startled and jerked around so fast and bit him. Had I had any idea what he was about to do I could have been a little more prepared. It happened so fast I didnt even see why happened. After I was left alone for a few minutes someone came in and asked me to leave. As I was leaving I asked the receptionist what was going on, thats when I found out. I never saw the Dr and he would not speak to me. Bad experience for all involved.

I have been taking my 2 dogs to Hebron Animal Hospital for over 10 years. I cant say enough good things about Dr Lloyd, Dr Hale, and the entire staff. Dr. Hale has always taken good care of my fur babies over the years. He is great with my pups and takes time to explain things completely and clearly to me. My dogs are number one when they visit. Recently my dog Bella got very sick and her prognosis was bleak. Dr Lloyd took his time to lay everything out clearly for me and answer all of my questions. He called me frequently with updates. Most importantly he (and his awesome staff) took great care of my sweet Bella, and she pulled through. I am forever grateful! Thank you so much!
