I cannot comment on their veterinary skills or pricing because I did no wait around to find out. I can say that their people skills are not good. I called at 7:30 to make an appointment for my very sick cat. They scheduled an appointment for 9:30. I even called back to get information about the visit. When I arrived there was no one in sight except for a very nice man and his dog in the waiting room. Unfortunately my cat is scared to death of dogs so I had to wait around the corner in another room. A girl came in and I told her who I was and that I had a 9:30 appointment and she checked the calendar as though she had no idea I would be coming. I looked at her calendar and I was on their. She made no effort to assist me or my cat and walked away and I never saw another person - they were all in another room with someone else. I waited for more than 20 minutes for at least some acknowledgement of my presence - did I mention I am standing holding a crying cat? - but I got nothing. I left. Ill never go back.

I am a veterinarian and have a 17 year old Yorkie named "Abe" He jumped out of the car 4 days ago and hurt his right front leg and cried out and limped for a few steps. I x-rayed him and found nothing and gave him some pain medicine figuring he pulled a muscle. He continued to get worse and my wife took him to Dr. Jon Mangin who is an expert orthopedist for animals. He put little Abe under anesthesia and found a dislocated shoulder blade and 4 subluxated vertebrae in his neck. Dr. Mangin did the necessary adjustments and this morning Abe is back to his old self! No limping, no muscle spasms,trotting up and down the halls of my clinic like a puppy. I HIGHLY recommend DR. Mangin for everyone, the drive to Frankfort was well worth the time and the loving, caring nature and expertise of Dr. Mangin is incredible. Dr.Sam Vaughn

My cat got kicked in the jaw by a horse broke his jaw... at 10pm at night.. i called this place 3 times to get him seen.. no one answer had to go to bluepearl who was expensive but helped us!!! A couple of days later his throat started swelling he couldnt breathe tried to call again and no one answered... he passed away that morning.. i couldnt make it to any other clinics on sunday cause they were closed.. and wasnt enough time to make it to louisville or lexington..

Dr. Mangin is a wonderful veterinarian. He and his staff are very caring. Our Roxie is very comfortable and relaxed at their office, which happens no where else. I would recommend the Frankfort Veterinarian Clinic and personally drive from Berea just to bring Roxie to Dr. Mangin. He has taken such good care of Roxie and we dont know what we would do without him. We are so grateful and thankful to have Dr. Mangin as our veterinarian .

If the saturday female vet knew the difference in a testicle ( my dog is fixed) and a swollen lymph node would be great....went in for a cough and come to find out without help from this idiot a week later he has cancer.. they didnt even bother to take blood or anything or ask for that matter, rushed me in and out, will never go back...wish I had had another week with my dog...dont go here

We LOVE this vet! Everyone here is fantastic - the front staff, vet techs and vets. We have gone to Dr. Mangin and highly recommend.Our dog is now 15 years old and they have taken so much time to sit with us to discuss her treatments, health, etc.This office takes great care of our dog and doesnt push any treatment or test unless they really feel it is necessary.

Beware of this place.,This vet will do everything to get a penny from you.They are worse then dealing with a car dealer. They will tell you 30 different things to buy for your dog even if it is not sick or need them.Very unprofessional place and i will be taking my animals elsewhere.

I brought my dog in to see Dr. Mangin over some food that he ate, I was very upset and didnt know what I was going to do. My dog was vomiting and not eating and very lethargic. Dr. Mangin saved my dog and helped me avoid a trip to the emergency room. Thank you for all that you do.
