I used them for a snip ship procedure on our kitty. While the actual services were well done, I was disappointed at the lack of professionalism. The bus was late both for drop off and pick up, the paperwork could have been easier and take home instructions after surgery were minimal.

Awesome. They groomed my to boys (dogs) and did an excellent job. I have gotten so many compliments on how cute they look. I am so grateful to have found them. Having them groomed at Petsmart was such a strain on my budget. The staff are friendly and seems to love animals.
