Absolutely the best veterinary hospital I have ever encountered. Dr. Jolly saved the life of my little Yorkie Andy years ago when no other veterinarian knew what to do, and even when Andy was referred to the specialists at the small animal hospital at the University of Tennessee. All everybody did was run a bunch of diagnostics and came up with no answer whatsoever. I then left my previous veterinarian and went to see Dr. Jolly at Woodford VCA, upon a referral. Following months of other veterinarians having no clue what was wrong with Andy nor what to do; Dr. Jolly stepped in and cured little Andy immediately, and I mean immediately. I trust him wholeheartedly. Dr. Jolly is also one of the kind human beings I have ever met. The staff at Woodford VCA is also outstanding and extremely friendly. Everybody there bends over backward to help our babies and to comfort us, their "human friends!!" Bravo!!

VCA is a bit of Heaven on Earth (or in Kentucky)! Someone referred me to VCA back in 2004, I needed medical assistance for my Doxie, Sammy, they asked how soon I could get to the office "ON January 1st"! I live in Jeffersonville, IN & dont mind the drive one bit, VCA IS FABULOUS! Someone should do a story on this fantastic place and ALL OF THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE WORKING THERE. I now bring my Doxie, Little Buddy to Dr. Jolly, I cannot say enough about him and the entire staff! Not only professional, also kind, friendly, compassionate, caring AND FULL OF SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY at its best. "OUR" Dr. Jolly takes time to check on Little Buddy when he is having a problem and we LOVE that. We are blessed to have these folks taking care of our fur-babies. Im proud to tell everyone about VCA TEAM.

This review has taken way too long for me to write! Ive been taking my animals to Woodford Animal Clinic for years, and have NEVER been disappointed! I have found their staff to always be more than helpful, always courteous, and have shown as much love for my animals as I have! Dr. Jolly is simply the best. I have only dealt with Dr. Eckhart once, and he was just as good. They have been with me through some tragic times, and I dont remember anywhere else where SIX technicians met me and my sister when we decided to put my dog of 17 years to sleep. Love you guys!!

We have seen all the Veterinarians at VCA. They all provided SUPERIOR care. The staff is caring, kind and efficient. Dr.Jolly did surgery on our Golden. He followed us through a long journey and although, we lost the cancer battle his compassion was beyond excellent. Highly recommend Versailles Veterinarian Clinic and Kennel.

Have always had a good relationship with the vets and staff. Both times weve had to have pets put to sleep due to severe illnesses with no chance of survival, they have sent sympathy cards. Were on a fixed income and they work with us. We love our vets and are actually there right now with one of our cats.

Very professional and friendly staff. Easy access to the facility and great prices for what was involved. I will definitely be back, plus Im told this location has after-hours for emergencies, should one arise. I will be brining all my dogs here from here on out.

Always get a caring response. Had to go last time for an emergency. Of couse there is an extra charge, but thats expected. They understand that it is expensive and treat you right. Highly recommend them for dogs and cats.

Dr. Dale Eckert is a great veterinarian. He is thoughtful, thorough and and truly gifted as his craft. We have been customers of his for a very long time and his care is always first notch. Hes the best!
