My first contact with this animal hospital was calling to inquire about their rabbit veterinarian and their rates. My second call was to make an appointment to have him examined. Both times the staff was very kind and patient (the second time they were even closed but she still took the time to book me without complaint). My first impression of the site was that the building was very small, which had me a bit worried. However, when you walk in it is nicely decorated, clean, and there is plenty of seating. I was greeted by both the staff and Angus, the resident cat. I was immediately helped and was taken back by a technician within 10 minutes who was knowledgeable about rabbit care, which was a relief. No less than 5 minutes after the tech helped us with weighing and asking about his general health, Dr. Naas joined us in the room. She is very skilled, has a positive energy, and does not talk down to you at all as I have found with some veterinarians. She examined my rabbit on the floor and he was very comfortable with her (even jumping in her lap)! In addition to speaking to me, she spoke directly to him as well. Treating him as an individual and not just some pet. I explained to her that I needed him neutered as soon as possible and she cleared a spot for me within 2 weeks. She was patient with every single one of my questions and you can see her passion in both her body language and in her conversations about animals. The day before his neuter was scheduled the vet called me to remind me, walked me through the process once more, and gave me a list of things to bring with me. The next morning I arrived right at opening and again was greeted by the excellent staff (and Angus too). Again I was informed of how the day was scheduled and what both my rabbit and I could expect. She gave me 2 phone numbers to call, in case one of them wasnt answered due to busy staff, and told me I could call any time and as many times as I needed or wanted to throughout the day. After the surgery Dr. Naas followed up with me twice, which was very helpful in relieving the anxiety and worry I felt over my furry family member being put under the knife. Again she told me to call back if I needed to and meant it. Every time I called the staff was always positive and I never got that "Oh, its HER again" vibe. To say that this practice is amazing is almost an understatement. I have officially found a rabbit veterinarian that I will be going to as long as I can, even though its 30 minutes across town. Also, to any rabbit owners, these vets are recommended by the House Rabbit Society and they gave me a ton of literature on bunny care. (They even have a Make Mine Chocolate campaign poster in their lobby)!! If you need a veterinarian, whether for a rabbit or not, contact this place. Visit them, Call them, Come in and check them out. You wont be disappointed!

Our dog January has been a patient of Glenway for a little over a couple years and care and professionalism shown us was outstanding. Yes a few times when we would bring our pet in there, there was a wait, due to the business of its clientele, but when it came our time to be taken care of they made us feel like we were the only people there at the time. When January had to be put down the kindness shown us by the whole staff really help lighten the sorrow we were feeling at the loss of a family member. And afterward is the most outstanding gesture in our minds was when a few days later we received not only a sympathy card for our loss, but also a plaster paw print of our late familys companion. That simple task left our hearts overjoyed knowing we pick the right place for January to spends her last moments. Thank you Glenway.

We have been taking our two house rabbits to Glenway Animal Hospital for almost three years. In that time we have gone to our regular wellness checks, because they were feeling ill, and for a spay. Every time we were treated with respect and kindness and all of our questions were answered with care. I never felt I was asking a silly question or wasting my time there. Recently while in Columbus, I found an abandonded house rabbit. The Columbus House Rabbit Society was extremely helpful and recommended a vet I could see immediately in Columbus. While there, I was told by the vet to make sure I took our new foster bun to Dr. Naas and Dr. Cron, as they were the best in Cincinnati with small animals. I have to say, I agree.

They did not tell me what they was doing on my dog . They took a no he has not had that as a yes and did it. They wrote a bill for almost 200 on my other dog I had in at the same time for just asking questions . Well to be fair they was a write up of something thought he could use. They tried having me pay it with it not being done or even asking me a date to bring him in. Then i sat in the room the doctor seen us in for a half hour. I walked out To the front only to see the lady doctor standing there. Long story short if your like me theyll Take advantage of you. At bainfield they tell you prices and asking you do you want it done. Banfields number is 347-0888 Thanks for reading.

Ive been taking my Corgi there for 10.5 years, ever since he was a pup, and they have been outstanding. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and they are all big fans of my dog every time he has an appointment. I used to live 5 minutes away but now live about 30 minutes away and I still continue to take him there instead of switching to the vet that is 1 minute from my house because of how great they are. I cant recommend them enough.

The best staff and most caring people work here. As much as we had to put our 13 year old cat down, they handled it (and me) with great compassion. We were given every option available and the approximate cost before any decisions had to be made. If you have animals, this is the place to bring them when they need care.

They are so amazing here! Jean-Luc Picorg, the corgi and I will never go anywhere else as long as we live in Cincinnati. Dr. Cron is wonderful and everyone is so kind. I had never had a puppy before, so I feel lucky to have found these folks on the first try! :D

Great place for top quality care for a reasonable price. Staff is friendly, evening appointments are available, and weve never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. The vets take great care of our dog. Highly recommended.
