This clinic is one of the worse I have ever seen. We took our dog molly hoping for a treatment for allergies, we was tickled with our first visit we thought this was going to be the place to bring molly some relief. The Dr did all she could, ordered allergy test and gave molly meds to help with the infections and the itch. Molly got a little better. Then as time went on we wasnt getting any calls with the results of the test.... I would call and the clerk would say she would have the vet call me back.... still no call. Then after calling their office three time in one day I got the vet on the phone. Got the results of the test and was told that the injections would be ordered for molly ... two months later after receiving no call I call them again only to be told the order for the shots didnt go through. They would have to reorder. Then on the day I pick up the shots at the vet I had been told in a earlier phone call that I wouldnt be charged for a office call cause the vet had to show me how to give a shot. Wrong! I was not only charged a office call but 10.00 extra for giving her the shot. I left there that day with out a dime to my name cause a 210.00 charge turned into a 287.00 charge. Then after molly received a few weeks worth of shots she got bad sick I called the vet at 8.10 on a Saturday morning and was told the vet would call me right back. She never called. I am now looking for a new vet, one that keeps their word and cares enough about molly to give me a call back when I need it. Id still like to know where that ointment is they charged us 30.00 for that we never got. Maybe if I hadnt of been over charged I would have the money to take molly to the vet and get her treated but unfortunately I have to wait til pay day.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The main doctor at this hypocritical place DENIED SERVICE TO ME, even though when you first call the place, it says "if its a true emergency, stay on the line, and we WILL help you". Why did he deny my pet the things she needed to save her life? Because I called a different vets office this morning in yet another emergency, and I only went there because it was the closest and my pet needed to be seen ASAP. But because of that, he told me no, and to keep calling a that same vet (even though they dont have service after hours). If youre not going to take someone in because of an emergency, dont you dare advertise that you will. Ill tell you right now, thats the best way to really upset someone. 0/10.

I would not recommend bring your pet there. They tend to blow you off when asking legit questions and it seems as though they do not clean their floors. I walked in and the smell of urine was very strong. I understand that it is a vet, and it is not going to smell like roses. There was also dog waste in the middle of the floor that was not cleaned up. Then when asking the vet his option on the food I was feeding him (Newmans Own) he said "Well, Newman wouldnt put his name on it if it wasnt good." Maybe I am just used to a different kind of service, but my dog will no longer be going there.

This place is a factory. No personal service. Take your name, do the surgery, take your money, send them home ready or not. Did not even meet the doctor. Never again. Something traumatized the cat, and its not just effects of anesthesia. If thats the reason, then she should have been kept and observed. Biggest thing that turned me off is NO personal contact with the doctor who did the surgery. Bad Form. Never going back.

They are the greatest,great service and are great with your pets.I had my 2 girls there and they done the best of any place with my 2.I have always recommened Hartland and i have had to use other vet offices because of where i lived but there is none better than Hartland Animal Hospital.

We have used this vet clinic for years. We drive 45 minutes and past several other vets just to get their expertise. We have horses, sheep and dogs. Love this place.

This is the best vet around. We travel 62 miles to bring our horse to Dr. Vance. He is the most knowledgeable and not as hard on the wallet as other vets.
