For years, my family and I have been coming to SVS for our eye care. The doctor is always great. He seems to be very caring. The staff usually does a good job. However, theres always that one staff member that doesnt seem to have it all together when it comes to being professional, organized and courteous. She was rude to say the least. Maybe the staff just needs more training. This includes everything from making sure a patients records, like mine, are reviewed before ordering contacts in a brand that are NOT suppose to come anywhere near my eyes. Also, that they understand that you never ever tell a patient that the doctor might not be able to call you back even after youve told them your eyes are having a possible allergic reaction to the contacts they gave you. It was somewhat of a circus having them get the right brand of contacts on order for me. I think Ill switch my familys eye care to a different location.

Ive been going to SVS for years, but this is the first time I went to this one and my experience was a wonderful one. The doctor is funny and very good at his job and everyone else is very helpful and overly nice. They actually gave me three extra pairs of contacts just because. Will continue to go to this SVS from now on.

The sign on the door advertised free adjustments, so my daughter and I stopped in between errands. We had an amazing experience. Professional, curteous, and informative is how I describe the person who adjusted our glasses. No sales pitch... just genuine customer service. Refreshing! Thank you.

It is union. It has very friendly and caring staff. Good with kids! It takes a little longer than other places to be able to pick up your glasses but it was worth it.
