After ordering and paying for my glasses in advance, I was told they would be ready in 5 to 10 business days (that didnt happen). On the 11th business day, I called about my glasses. They told me that they werent in but they would send an email out to inquire upon them and let me know the results (that didnt happen either). On day 13 (a Tuesday) I called inquiring about my glasses and they still didnt know anything but they were expecting a shipment on Thursday and they MIGHT be in then, but they couldnt guarentee. At this point I contacted their main office through their corporate web page writing a rather scathing critique of their services. One hour later the office called saying they had heard from the corporate office (at least SOMEbody got off their cans and did some research) and that my glasses would definately be in Thursday morning. As this is Thursday morning that I am writing this, it still remains to be seen, but waiting for three weeks after paying in full for your glasses is completely inappropriate. As I said to them in the contact, and as I pass along to you, I will never return to one of their offices again. If you choose to do business with them, never let it be said you were not warned.

I have been here quite a few times and staff was friendly and on time with everything. My contacts came in at regular times no more than 3 business days. Well this past time was horrendous. I was expecting my contacts regular time. And a week went by and my contacts werent at the office yet. I called and they told me they would be in the following Thursday. I call Thursday and yet AGAIN they werent in. They told me Friday. I called Friday and they were NOT in yet again! I am writing this on the 3rd week when my contacts were to be here today. 3 weeks after. I am beyond disappointed with this I should not have to wait three weeks for contacts especially having been told different arrival days every time I call. And no one seemed to know why it took so long. Very very upset. Its beyond disappointing that no one took it in their hands to offer a discount or something to make up for the big mistake that shouldnt happen when I payed for my contacts in full. I expected better service. dont think Ill go back.

I too wish there was a no star review. It has been over two months and my new glasses after over 15 visits still are not right. My first visit to this location they were busy eating pizza and was going to make us wait till the doctor ate his. Needless to say he only had me back in his off maybe 3 minutes tops..... he wanted to get back to his eating pizza. Everything spiraled down hill from there. I even talked to corporate in Indy regarding this problem. Alisha vowed they would take care of it.... I am getting headaches from these glasses and have to take them off to see close because my bifocal prescription is wrong. Alisha told me I could go to a different location and they would make it right. Well I called her back to take her upon offer and she is never there now. I have called at least 4 times and either she is ignoring me or not getting messages. I guess now i will go to better business bureau!!!!!

The girls upfront do not know what they are doing. Both times I saw the doctor (for the same glasses because they cant get them right) he was EATING. He had food on the counter back in the exam room. Which makes it unpleasant when he is two inches from your face checking your eyes. The first time I went to pick up my glasses they were the wrong prescription. I had to come back for another eye exam. Second time picking up my glasses I got the same line of "you just have to let your eyes adjust" they need checked to make sure the glasses fit right, they didnt check to see if the bifocal line was correct, they make you feel like when the glasses arent right it is your fault. I have been wearing glasses my entire life and I know that your eyes shouldnt cross when putting new glasses on. They are wrong plain and simple. This place should be shut down or have everyone fired and bring in competent employees.

Be warned that no one at this office knows what they are doing! Went in to get a pair of glasses and some contacts. When they supposedly read my insurance policy they told me that if I ordered a year supply of contacts my glasses would be 50% off. not knowing any better and $245 later. My wife looked at our policy. My glasses were fully covered except lenses and my contacts would have been about $40 a box. I called the next day to cancel my order and wanted a refund they told me sorry but she must have miss read our policy. I am 4 weeks now waiting for my money to be refunded!! The ladies are extremely rude and down right dumb!! Ill never go back but be warned they take advantage of people and their policies.

Under new management. The manager in the front is fantastic. I had a problem with my new glasses when they came in. Something wrong with the perfection. She worked with me until it was correct. It took 3 times, but she kept going. I know a lot of you will complain about taking so many times, sometimes things happen. At least she kept going and wanted me to be happy with my glasses. Im happy with them and vary pleased with her as well. March 14, 2017 G.M.

The two young receptionists working there have no clue what they are doing . I literally had to ask them step by step what I needed to do, fill out, etc. I had to ask if I should sit down and wait because the girl didnt fill me in on what she was doing and just kind of looked at me "like can I help you"?..Poor customer service skills. Wanted to slap them . Please hire people that are on a more professional level. thanks. However 5 stars to the Dr. Very genuine.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I called to reschedule my appt and the girl was so rude when I was trying find a time that was right for me on my schedule. I dont appreciate snotty tones and impatience from someone that obviously hates her job. When I called back and spoke with the manager she didnt even ask why I was cancelling. I know I have HIP and they look down on people that do, but I am still a customer that makes your business money.

We were told our glasses would be in 7-10 day. When 10 days was up I called and they said the manufacturer was running behind. I call back a couple of days later and I was rudely informed that it is 7-10 business days. This was day ten; they said they would be in the next day. We finally got them 3 weeks later. The latest was bad but their rude behavior was something else. I will never be going back.

Im in a pickle. Out of town and didnt bring my contacts. My regular dr. Sent me my prescription but dr Tavel will not accept it. They only accept if we got an eye exam there. I cant see to drive and its Saturday so I think they could have worked with me without requiring I get an eye exam by their dr. All about the $$$$.
