When my pets are able to receive care here, they do fine. However. in times of emergencies, when my animals are sick, they are treated 2nd class. On TWO different occasions I have tried to take my pets in when theyve been sick (as they are regular patients there) and both times they have ignored me or pushed me away. Once, one of my dogs was so sick, dehydrated, vomiting, diarrhea...and they told me they wouldnt be able to get him in for an appointment for 3 days. This time, my puppy who has vomited 7 times today, is being ignored and I am not receiving care from them, and they are still currently open on Saturday, 6/25/16, and its before noon. I am sickened that this is the treatment my animals are receiving, I will be looking for a new Vets office

I dont even know where to begin with this place. This is the best veterinary clinic I have been to in my entire life. Our cat had to have surgery and a friend recommended them and we have been using them ever since. They are so nice and caring to you and your pets. We go here for every single one of our animals needs. Not to mention the price. For full Xrays and shots we only had to pay about $100 where at other places it would have been around $400 just for Xrays. The last thing Ill say is that if you have an emergency they are excellent. They have a vet on call 24/7 and can work you into their schedule in about five minutes. If you are in the area looking for veterinary needs, go to Ceglinskis!

Gene Ceglinski has been my vet for the past, probably, 45 years. He did not have his own practice when I started with him. He was working with another veterinarian. He saved a young cat that I doubt anyone else would have been able to. I wont go into the details but it was a near miracle that the cat lived. Tigger lived to be about 15-1/2 years old. Since then he and his staff have managed the care of all of my animals (7 very special dogs - two mixed breeds, two bichon frises, three miniature schnauzers.) They have always gone beyond the call of duty when I needed them - all three doctors, Gene, Rennie and John.

This honestly has the worst customer service of ANY business I have ever been in. I work in the medical field and understand "busy". I walked into Ceglinski animal clinic and stood at the front desk- with 2 employees behind the desk- and was not even acknowledged. This went on for at least 5 minutes- they never even looked at me and I was standing at the desk! If this is how they treat people.... who are paying the bill... I cant even imagine how they will treat our animals!! Please- find people that actually want to work and be kind to the people bringing their pets to you!! Needless to say- I walked out...

AMAZING. FIVE STARS!! I originally took my dog to another vet, closer to home, I instantly rerated it my puppy never got better and his symptoms worsened. Ceglinskis made me feel like they cared about my puppy like he was their own and he was feeling better immediately after starting his medicine!

Came in for first time concerned about my pet and front counter lady was very rude/hateful when I was polite and barely said anything to her, but the vet did a good job on taking care of the issue. When I went to go leave all the front counter lady said to me was "bye"

Absolutely amazing vets!!!! They have always gone above and beyond. Best thing, they never try to do unnecessary procedures to get more money out of you, which Ive had happen at other local vets office.
