We rescued our dog 3 years ago, went there right after we adopted her. Not once over the past 2 years was she ever tested for heartworm, just was put on prevention. We have recently moved and our pup has tested positive for heartworm. Who knows how long she has had it. You think a vet would test it, especially since Kentucky is known for heartworm! Just disappointed that we had to move to find out our pup has it and it could have been caught earlier!

DONT GO HERE! They do not care about your animals. They are only interested in getting your money, especially through their grooming services. We took our dog there for boarding and paid extra for them to give her her daily medication. They didnt give her the meds and instead of apologizing they just kept pushing for us to get our dog groomed. Terrible service.

Took my two dogs in and when I went to pick them up one of the dogs looked as if it had been in a fight and had 4 puncture wounds on its body and nobody at the vet realized it. I will not be returning my dogs to this Care Center.
