This Animal Clinic is good except for their answering service after the vet is closed for the day. When I called to ask a couple of questions about my dog who was showing signs of what appeared to be the beginning of a severe allergic reaction that he had a month ago they said they couldnt answer any questions and asked if it was an emergency. I said no but I have a couple of questions. She said she cant answer questions. I got so angry and hung up so that I would say anything I didnt mean. I called back trying to explain myself by saying I only need couple of questions answered so that I can prevent an emergency. They still said they couldnt answer questions. They must just be telephone operators or something and just transfer calls because they would literally not even let me ask any questions. I didnt want to bother a vet if it wasnt quite an emergency. They shouldnt call it lone oak animal clinic answering service. They need to clarify their purpose in the title by saying Lone Oak Animal Clinic EMERGENCY answering service. I was just trying to make sure my baby was okay.

I have used Drs. Golden, Richardson, and Rodgers at Lone Oak Animal Clinic for over 30 years. They have taken care of my dogs, cats, birds, and horses. These vets are some of the most caring vets Ive ever used. I lost a Chow Chow to cancer about 8 years ago and Dr. Richardson was there for me and Chia any time I needed to talk to her. She provided the needed medical and emotional needs that we needed going through this ordeal. I always recommend Lone Oak Animal Clinic to all my friends and my children also use this clinic. A person would be doing their pet a favor by going to Lone Oak Animal Clinic for all veterinarian care.

When my 12 yr old daschund was severely sick, they did everything they could to save her. It was too late, but they were so sweet and kind. Now we take our daschund, RigLee there for everything. They always talk and play with him and help him to stay calm. I wouldnt take him anywhere else. And I will always trust any decision Mark Brooking makes. He is a true blessing to the clinic

Love this Clinic! Everyone is friendly and professional. They know what they are doing and really care about the animals. They keep up with the latest news. When our dog needed knee surgery they referred us to a great vet near us. We have only had great service here. They make our dogs visit as painless as possible.

Dr. Jason was great when my Siamese car had asthma. We were willing to try different treatments. We even tried a asthma inhaler. In the end, his lung collapsed and they helped us as we allowed him to pass. It was the most humane way possible. I know he is no longer in pain. RIP Snowball

My dog was diagnosed with a bacterial infection which was treated adequately w antibiotics. However, acute relapse occurred and the WKY Emergency Vet immediately obtained lab work indicative of severe pancreatitis. A more thorough exam at LOAC would have saved a Lot of tears and Money.

I have 13 animals that I take care of and recently I had to put my oldest cat down after 15 years of being together. As usual they were so kind and supportive of my family and myself. Wonderful, compassionate and understanding are just a few of the words for these fine folks.

Receptionist always has an attitude, didnt do blood test for all worms and would deworm my kitten thats never had a worm treatment... Im gonna try Ceglinsky.
