I am very appreciative of Dr Smith, he has been a big help for us for decades. This week their "policies" did not allow them to give a prescription for us to get flea/tick meds online. (after they offered to price match by phone) Logan County Vet did so with just a phone call. I understand they want the profit off their $50 price, they are very reasonable most of the time. We have been clients for over 30 years, and have brought in business from 2 states away. Still I think the "Procedure" is getting in the way of customer service & pet care. I hope this does not become a long term detriment. Sincerely Carl

We love Dr Bill! Hes taken care of our puppies (they will always be puppies to me) since they were born. We dont live in Russellville anymore but we still drive there to see Dr Bill for our Veteranarian needs! He is economical and does a wonderful job!
