Stay far away from this Banfield location if you care your pets well being. I have been going to this Banfield and 100 oaks for 3 years now. Nashville West happens to be 5 minutes from my house and this past week I had a pet emergency come up and when I called in panic telling them my pet was very sick and I needed to bring him in right away, I was told "Were booked"with out even hesitation!!! Excuse me Banfield but isnt your policy sick pets come first in situations like this, I was forced to drive 30 minutes away to the next Banfield where they welcomed my sick pet right away. I will never take my pet to this Banfield again and you should stay far away to. This location obviously only cares about money and not pets well being.

Well before today everyone has been really kind and helpful. The lady at the banfield desk today wasnt helpful at all. I asked if there was anymore of the cat food brand I was looking for in the back. She kind of seemed to just guess that there wasnt without checking to make sure. Then I asked if there was anyway that I could check to see if another banfield close by has it in stock. This lady actually laughed while saying I mean you could call and check. She should have offered to check the system or get someone who could. Its just about having good customer service to customers, especially very friendly customers. I definitely wont be asking her for anything again. She needs a class on customer service!

Dr. French has been our vet for a few years now, and shes very kind and trustworthy around our dogs. Ive heard nightmare stories lately about needless procedures to keep the fees high, but our vet knows were college students and always looks to find the best balance between our pets health and our very tiny wallets. They added a new vet (as of april 09), and my husband likes him a lot, too. We took advantage of the low cost Tues/Thurs appointments where they dont charge office visit fees, and even then the new vet (sorry, wish I knew your name!) took the time to really talk with my husband on our senior dogs health and offer suggestions for getting her weight ideal. Thanks Banfield folk!

I took our new adopted dog Wilson in for a physical and enrollment in for the Wellness Plan. Ive always found the staff to always be warm and welcoming whether Im at PetSmart for grooming or pet food. They always know my other dogs by name! A special shout out goes to Nicole who while outside on her break, help me chased down Wilson (apparently hes a runner) when he slipped out of his collar and took off running across a busy parking lot. Thank you Nicole and the Banfield staff for always going the extra mile (literally).

I am very happy with the care and service they provide here. This is the best thing Ive done for my beagle mix, Amy. Last Friday, she got an anal gland abscess and she was in pain. I took her over to Banfield pet hospital right around 6:35pm, they were closing at 7pm, even though I didnt have an appointment Dr. Yu and the very nice lady at the front desk took her in and treated her. Im very grateful. I highly recommend the Banfield pet hospital in Nashville West!

I took my dog, Leo, to them and everyone there was nice! They answered all my questions and concerns that I had. I really enjoy their Wellness Plan is it sooo helpful when it comes to not having to afford everything out of pocket all at once. If you need an affordable, welcoming place for your dog/cats/animals yearly check ups and need something affordable. Go see them!!

I love Banfield Pet Hospital in West Nashville. My dogs have gone their since they opened. The staff is so loving and caring with my dogs - both are rescues and have some issues with being left, but I always feel good about their care while there. From the front desk to the vet and the vets assistant, I know my dogs are cared for and loved.
