I called with a few questions for my dogs ear. Right away the vet was rude. I just had a few questions on eatimates and pricing and he seemed to refuse to speak to me with respect. Not being a vet myself I do not know a lot of procedures... Thats where the questions started I only asked 2 questions before I just wanted to end the call. Iv never had to speak with someone that rude. I tried to respectively tell him that I felt disrespected and he should find a way to speak a little better ... He then referenced a war and saying he can speak anyway he wanted. I do not know how he has a business speaking to people like that. He is also more expensive just to be seen than every other clinic in town. I also did not have any issues like this with every other clinic I called in town. Dont take your pets here. I would be terrified to leave an animal there without me. I would give it no stars but its not an option.

All of my pets growing up, we took to Dr. Burkhart so as an adult when my father gave me a puppy (upon graduating college) there was no doubt in my mind who I would in trust her to. Dr. Burkhart has been such a great educator, teacher, friend & vet. I love how he takes the time to help you understand what is going on with your pet. He gives the BEST quality of care while always offering holistic alternatives & tips. I currently live in Nashville & drive to see him with all 3 of my pets, definitely worth the drive!!

I can just say that I am impressed and would never go anywhere else. He took care of my newly adopted girl like she was his own pet. My dog like him too. THe animal is important to him. He is an amazing vet.
