I took a very sick little dog to Animalia Friday afternoon, along with my other two dogs who needed heartworm tests. Everyone was very patient with me, and I appreciated that because I left the house at 3:15 and didnt get home until 7:00 pm. I drive from Smyrna to Franklin to have my dogs taken care of with kindness and at a reasonable cost for the services I need. Why a blood titer is $170 in Smyrna, I really dont know (checked at 2 vets), when it is $79 at Animalia. No one at Animalia questioned my resistance to "robo-vaccination." Dr. Malone was pleasant and optimistic. I was really nervous, because the last time I took a dog to a vet with horrid vomiting and diarrhea, we found she was crashing from cancer/organ failure and I went home alone (before we moved to TN). Sick little dog is much better. Now we both get to sleep at night.

I am so glad I found Anamalia! It is not your standard Animal Hospital, of which there are several excellent ones here in the Franklin area. The Staff at Anamalia have a different attitude about animal care and follow up. First of all, most all care is done right there in the exam room with me there which takes a lot of stress off me and my babies, as opposed to them being whisked away to a back room. Secondly, most procedures and charges are explained to me, before service, so Im not presented with the bill which takes the element of surprise off me and my bank account! Ive not utilized the Holistic aspect of Anamalia but it is available which is nice. The Staff is always professional, kind, fun, and compassionate. I would highly recommend Animalia. It rates a solid 5 in my book!

I am SO HAPPY to have my dear pet cared for by Dr. Turner at Animalia! Papie is a "senior" and has been blind for the last four years. He really appreciates her gentle touch and the TLC offered by the entire Animalia staff. I appreciate Dr. Turners thoughtful thorough consideration of his special medical needs and her knowledge and recommendation of a wide variety of herbs and supplements which augment the pharmaceutical drugs necessary to support his health. Dr. Turner is also a skilled acupuncturist, Papies fragile Papillon joints and arthritis respond wonderfully acupuncture. What a gift for our pets to have Animalia right here in Franklin!

I absolutely love this veterinary practice. I usually dont write online reviews, but I have to give credit where credit is due. My dog is my baby, and Animalia has been nothing but attentive and kind. What originally sold me was the location, the clinic is beautiful and my pup loves taking trips there. We live in Brentwood, but the drive is worth it! The first time I went, they gave me a tour of the facility, which meant a lot because I have been to other vet clinics who are hesitant to let you beyond the patient rooms. All in all, this is an amazing practice. With people who will genuinely care for your pet!

Wow, what can I say except Animalia is the best vet practice Ive ever visited! We literally just moved from FL to TN and one of my first priorities was getting my puppy, Rocco, established with a new Vet and Animalia did not disappoint! Dr. Moser and the rest of the staff are so genuine and caring; made us feel as if we were their only priority. And lets not forget the superb facility; the interior boasts a "Rustic Chic" vibe coupled with a sly bit of "Masculine Charm". Plus, an abundance of pastoral green space just feet away. Would highly (or 110%) recommend Animalia!

My Siamese kitten, Jasper, brought me to my whits end. He needed his nails trimmed & a bath, but refused to allow me to do it. I sheepishly called, inquired about only a grooming session as Jasper is seeing Dr. Alexander. Anna Claire, answered the phone. She is absolutely the sweetest soul, welcomed the inquiry happily. When Jasper arrived, he was greeted, loved on, spoken to..Everyone was reassuring, answering all my questions & professional .. I owned and ran a fairly good sized farm for 30 years, this establishment is first rate. Truly.

Dr. Lewis and staff has been phenomenal! The staff always greets us with a warm welcome and Dr. Lewis took the time to explain the heart issues, treatment and next steps for my senior Pomeranian. They have taken such great care of my furbaby the last several weeks. The love and passion they have for each animal radiates! Also, the facility is very clean! The lobby and rooms have a homey, comfortable touch....and the landscaping is absolutely beautiful!

GET READY FOR DIFFERENT. We take both our kitties to this excellent facility, which will THROW you because it has all the decor and marvelous smell of a BEAUTIFUL HOME. My husband of course jumped to the conclusion that is was going to be expensive- nope, exact cost of our former vet, yet let me repeat, WITHOUT THE SMELL. This place also has acupuncture and all kinds of great holistic treatments for your animals. First class ALL THE WAY. :)

They were fantastic! I just moved here from Kansas and the veterinarian even called my previous veterinarian to discuss my dog, Brewers, medical history. We have been dealing with his issue for quite a few months now and I feel completely confident in the vets at Animalia and believe they are taking the best care of Brewer! It was a breath of fresh air to know that hes in good hands! Definitely would recommend them to anyone with a pet.

The veterinarians, technicians and support staff are above and beyond in compassion and quality of care. I relocated to this area three years ago to be near Animalia with an older dog that had a complicated health history. She along with our two other dogs have thrived under their care. As with my own doctor and childrens pediatrician, they have worked with me as a team to give my beloved fur babies the very best quality of life.

They understand that money doesnt grow on trees and give me options in treating his issues without making me feel like a "bad parent" for choosing a less expensive option. Not only is the setting clean and attractive and geared to the comfort of their four legged clients and their owners, but staff is eager to be welcoming, supportive and responsive. Love Animalia so much! They take extra time with my puppy, Hamlet, and never rush us. Each staff member cares so much about his well being and ensures our needs are met during each visit. Their on call service is excellent, and we even receive follow up phone calls about his puppy issues :)
