My dog is having breathing issues. Im not a millionaire but I still love my dog and come up with money or ways to provide especially knowing the life she had in the past (rescued.) I called ... I live an hour away but was willing to drive seeing how the emergency vet is 95.00 just for her to be looked at. The other vet offices were fully booked or closed. When I called the secretary told me they had nothing scheduled in the morning but would have to check with the doctor in case she wanted to leave early. So the doctor wanted to leave early! And told me to go to the emergency hospital. Hello! Isnt your job to save the lives of animals? Do you not want business? And you wonder why you have no clients? If I paid 40.00 for the check up I could afford other treatment for her. Thank you so much. I try to to do the right thing by taking in a starving broken Down stray on the side of the highway and when I look for help for the dog ... people like this make me mad! Its sad other offices couldnt help but immediately mentioned they were fully booked. You had no patients!!!!!! Poor secretary I went on a rant about the character of people. You are just the messenger. Im sorry. I

Unfair billing practices!!! Please be warned this business is charging its customers $51.00 for missed office visit for your pets (NO EXCUSES). We did not receive a notification of this charge until it was submitted by mail. The office refuses to remove the charge and considers it my fault since I failed to update my info and they could not get in contact with me. Unfortunately I had moved and changed my phone number but did not realize I didnt update my info at the Vets office. It was an honest mistake on my part and it was a bad mistake on their part for taking advantage of a good customer. I am taking my business elsewhere. Why would you treat your customers this way? I could understand being charged if I was deliberately missing appointments or a repeat offender. Please save yourself the trouble and find a better Veterinarians office before you are the next customer to be taken advantage of. Milton Animal Hospital shame on you for not understanding and not willing to excuse my first offense as it was an honest mistake.

Ive taken 3 cats to Milton Animal Hospital. The vet and her staff were amazing. She accurately diagnosed my babies, and provided an appropriate care plan that also fit in my budget. All cats are not only doing well, theyre thriving. The prices are more than reasonable. The office staff and techs are also great. Theyve squeezed me in and made room in the schedule when my kitties were sick. They have been kind and attentive to my kitties needs. They were great with both my angelic cat and my anxious cat. Then this week I took in a cat Id just rescued. Everyone on the staff knew exactly how to deal with the feral boy, and he was seen and treated with no harm to him or the staff. Ferals can be extremely difficult, and the fact that they knew exactly how to handle him left me more than impressed. Im so happy I found a great animal hospital, and wont hesitate to recommend them or call again for my babies. Dublin, Maddox, and Toby are all grateful for MAH.

Entire staff is always friendly and helpful! All of them including the doctor have always taken time to get to know me and my pets which is rare now a days when good customer service is always hard to find. Would also like to say an extra big thank you to Dr. Husted for the wonderful job she did on my kitty Abigail. There was concern when a previously repaired hernia came apart that it may not be able to be fixed with out a specialist, but she went the extra mile, did some extra research and in the end she was able to repair it 100xs better than my previous vet did. Abigial and I both send an extra big thanks and hugs! Keep up the great work!

I was so impressed by Milton Animal Hospital and its staff!! The receptionists were so nice and friendly when I called to make an appointment. When I arrived everyone was so knowledgeable and nice. Dr. Frank took his time and answered all of my questions and the technicians were very caring and explaned every procedure and recommendations. It is nice to have a clinic with so many services in house. They were able to take x-rays and run bloodwork in clinic and perform cold laser therapy on my old lab during my visit.I strongly reccommend this clinic to anyone who wants good medicine for their pets.

When I made the appointment I was told price of office visit but they decided to charge me more. I argued and offered office manager to hear recording on my phone to prove this. They would not honor price I was told. Not to mention they wanted to charge me $950.00 to remove a small growth on my dogs leg. Took her elsewhere and paid under 200 for everything they wanted to do. Vet is arogant old lady and its obvious they only care about making the most money they can out of everyone who walks thru the door. They will not care about your pet or you. Only your pocket book.

Way too expensive! I just moved to Milton from Louisiana, so this is the first vet that Ive visited in Florida. I brought my dog in for her annual checkup and vaccines. I called before making an appointment and asked how much the annual visit would be. The girl told me somewhere around $40, so I made the appointment. I was charged $291 at the end of the visit! I paid for the checkup, 4 vaccines, a fecal test, and a 6-month box of trifexis. I paid half that price, if not less, at my vet in Louisiana. The vet was very nice and knowledgeable, but the prices were ridiculous.

Thank you Dr Husted and ladies for helping my husband and myself during Bears passing. From the last minute appointments this past week to your patience with us when we asked for your help Saturday to ease his pain. Though the grieving is not over, we can feel at peace knowing he is able to run, swim and his favorite.,.. hunt ducks. Dr Husted told us, as he crossed the rainbow bridge, that we did the best thing for him and gave him a gift. 13 years seems so short at this moment but it was a full and fun filled life. Thank you so much from the Hempels and Bear.
