During our journey with Gypsy and her seizures ....our life has changed tremendously since we started her care with Dr. Williams . In March, she had her first grand mal seizure and had continued to have one every 3-4 weeks . She had almost quit eating ,slept 20 hours a day and was not interacting with much at all in her life . Gypsy began acupuncture in September 2015 along with herb treatments and massage therapy .....continuing once a month since then . Since September ,Gypsy has continued to improve each month with seizures becoming less to non existent. This 3 year old pup is now an active, playful ,eating machine .....Her eyes are bright, she loves shopping and interacting with "her" group of peoples and almost back to the way she was before the seizures began . I am so grateful to Dr. Williams and her staff for the kindness extended to me and Gypsy and also for an alternative to her care in this matter . Thank you to continuing to be the BEST ... Today I called to inquire about my dogs file. She passed away when I was on vacation this week and in my mothers care. I just found out about the passing last night. My mother informed me that she had her cremated but was not clear on exactly what had happened and how she died. Our dog was old but was not, in my opinion and the opinion of pretty much everyone else who sees the dog fairly often, except for my mother, close to the point of having to be put to sleep. I had some questions I needed to be answered about the cause and the remains and called Woodbine to inquire. I explained my situation to woman who answered my call and she was not professional or compassionate about my situation. I just wanted her to answer my questions but instead of doing what she is paid to do she choose to repeatedly ask me sarcastic questions , while laughing and talking down to me. I would expect that the way they handle phone calls would be somewhat equal to the way they would treat your pets.

We have used Woodbine Animal Clinic for many years. My family uses them also. They are so loving and compassionate. We have loved and lost many of our furry family members, and though not easy, Woodbine helps in the healing process with their love and compassion. We have a VERY sick kitty with them right now and they have been so warm and loving, not just to us, but to our kitty. He is 1 out of a home of 6 cats and 2 dogs. We love them so very much and this up and down emotional roller coaster with our baby has been very hard. The Woodbine Animal staff has been so understanding. I consider them family. They not only take the time to talk with you, the care they give is as if it was one of their family members. You can tell that they are all doing what their passion is, healing and loving the sick. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you do.

Woodbine Animal Clinic is a well-established local veterinarian facility it has a regular following of clientele and like many of the veterinarian facilities in the market it has market share proportional to the other facilities. Ive never heard any bad reports of this business most customers that Ive interviewed and some of the secret shoppers that Ive sent into the facility seem to be pleased with the service although it seems to be extremely profit-driven and the compassion seems to be lacking. This could be due to low wages paid to employees and a lack of enthusiasm on their behalf to be at work Lee Pace area seems to be Rife with low wages and a lack of a competitive employers that would naturally Drive wages higher this has a direct impact on employees and their attitudes towards customer service.

Everyone here is great. Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Brayton are amazing doctors. The office girls Kim and Tonya spoil your fur babies rotten with so much love and treats. We nicknamed Tonya "Cookie Momma". Our boy sees her and just starts to whine away. The office staff is amazing and does everything in their power to ensure all your needs are met. Both doctors will not sugar coat things. They will tell you what is going on and what needs to be done. Dr. Lindsey does have a better bedside manner. Both doctors will always honor your wishes and do whatever it takes to help you help your fur babies! I love this place and everyone here!!

We have brought our parakeet and kittens to Woodbine Animal Clinic and have been very pleased. Dr. Brayton is very knowledgable about birds, which is quite an asset, because otherwise a visit would require a rather out of the way trip into Pensacola. Also, we had our kittens spayed there, and the surgery must have been very successful, because the cats — after a few hours of rest the first day — wanted to do their usual playing, even some of the rougher activities that they enjoyed. I expected miserable little felines for at least a few days, but they barely acted phased. That tells me some skilled surgical work was done.

I love our vets here and the entire staff is always so attentive and courteous. They all truly love the animals they see. My dogs love the techs and doctors. Im a single mom and have dogs and I feel their services are affordable. I know that if I need to make an appointment I am not going to break the bank. Plus they even call to check on my furbabies well-being after their appointment! You cant go wrong with a vet that offers Saturday appointments either. Weve tried many vets and after being seen at Woodbine, I wouldnt take my furbabies anywhere else.

Its always hard finding great care for your babies when your Career requires you to move a lot). Thank God for everyone at Woodbine Animal Clinic for taking such great care of our babies. It eases our mind to know they are always in great hands and hearts when they go there. Kona and Kenai are always treated with the same love and care as we give them at home. This is a great vet clinic. Dr Brayton is very practical and reasonable. He recently removed a growth on my Jack Russells leg. Just a small surgery but kept it very inexpensive and simple. Follow-ups and stitch removal was quick and easy. I like the fact that Dr. Brayton is a hunter and outdoors man seems to have a very practical approach to an owners wishes and budget.

Very wonderful people who are 100% in it for the animals and not the money, they helped us out greatly when our family was in a desperate time of need.
