I went in after a surgery due to my office being closed and the receptionist rudely informed me that they only prescribe something a tad stronger than Tylenol and kept repeating I call my doctor even though I informed her multiple times that they are closed and the after hours number is not in service. I just drove three hours and stopped here and didnt expect this rude of assistance. I didnt catch her name but shed be easy to spot since shes one of the only people left that have an iPhone 4. Thank you for reminding me while Ill never return. (The Baptist hospital would probably be better and that place is already a joke in Shelbyville.)

Everyone in the office was nice and fairly quick, but they didnt come and talk to me after they diagnosed me. She just poked her head in the door and told me what she was prescribing me. I was having bad side effects from a steroid they prescribed for my swollen tonsils, so I called to ask if it was necessary to take them never having been on steroids before. They were not helpful at answering my questions and also wanted me to come in to treat the side effects from the steroid. Its a nice place to go if you have no where else, but Im finding a primary care physician asap.

Receptionist was polite on the phone and in person. Upon arrival I completed inital paperwork and was quickly taken back to be seen. Obtained my vitals and then saw Dr shortly after. Total time was 45 minutes. Dr. was a bit short, yet patient and informative. The Nurse who provided me with my paperwork and prescriptions were nice. Overall, Im glad I chose here.

As a family we have had a few trips here within the last year including sinus infection up to our son having to be glued bc he had cut his head falling. The staff has always been courteous and more understanding at times than a family doctor because they care! Happy to have somewhere to go when the doctors office is closed or booked up for weeks!

Rudest receptionist Ive ever dealt with. I did like the actual care given along with the medical professional we saw. Baptist health would do well to show that receptionist the door, permanently, and the sooner the better.

The receptionist who answers the phone is so RUDE! People are concerned about their health or the health of others. They need to get rid of her and hire a receptionist with some compassion.
