I changed my rating from 2 to 4...my first three encounters with the 800# were very stressful. I had to call back over and over and over. And then no results. Had to call back again and finally received someone who takes pride in there job. I explained what happened and she immediately helped. Dont know her name but thank you. I also cancelled an appointment by calling 800# and they didnt cancel it. And they said several times theyd call back but didnt. Anyhow that was all in the first two months. After that every time I have called Ive reached a very nice young sounding lady. That even called me back herself before. And I just called again today and I believe it was the same young lady. Very nice and a pleasant to speak with. Hope shes there to stay.

Dr. Rolf and his team are top notch. I wouldnt have trusted anyone else to do my surgery. Along with the surgical aspect, Dr Rolf made himself available to me if I had any questions or concerns and always had a great bedside manner. Im in my 8th week post op with no complications and progressing well, my experience with Beacon, Dr. Rolf, and his PA Lee was exceptional. I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing any orthopedic surgery.

A+ experience, Dr. Rolf was able to see me the next morning after I called in with shoulder pain. I was in and out of that visit in less than hour and had an MRI done by lunchtime. Follow-up was great as well, no complaints. Both Dr. Rolf and his assistant were very personable and friendly, really make you feel comfortable.

Beacon Orthopaedics is a very good treatment facility with a very poor phone service. The length of time on-hold is beyond insufferable.
