Ive been using Beltway for many years.. yes the facilities are a little outdated but the care is top-notch. Some of the other local animal hospitals are extremely fancy and high tech (like much nicer than my doctors office) and they charge accordingly I go past several other closer hospitals to take my dogs to beltway. Dr. Smith ( my favorite Dr. at Beltway) always takes the time to explain things without "beating round the bush". Best prices around as well. Many times 1/3rd the cost of others. Highly recommend.

I llove this vet. We had two emergencies Monday morning and we showed up with no appointment ( this is our regular vet though) and two dogs that had been injured Sunday night. They said sure bring them in we will call you when the Doctor gets here. Dr.Shortall did both surgeries Monday and we had them both home last night. This all cost under 400$ Anywhere else it would have been at least over $1000. I am very grateful to this vet and would not take any of my animals ANYWHERE else.

We recently dealt with a very difficult process with our dog before having to decide to put him down. Dr Smith went above and beyond what he needed to do and attempted to do everything he could as well as consult outside vets in case there was something he may be missing. He also did a lot of this at no additional cost even though he didnt have to. Him and his staff are excellent with their clients pets and the care that they provide. I would recommend highly.

Good but bad!!! Good care for normal treatment but will not provide prescription to online med suppliers such as Doctors Foster and Smith where one can save a lot on costs for same medicine. i.e. heartworm pills. Why pay more to vets when same can be bought online? IN THESE TROUBLED TIMES WE NEED THE BEST PRICES FOR GOOD SERVICE, not BEST PROFIT TO VETERINARIANS.

I had 4 cats, now 3, and had taken them to a number of different vets. Beltway Animal Hospital is by far the BEST! Very friendly, very honest and very affordable. Dr. Smith and his staff understand the love and devotion of animals and their humans. I would never take my animals anywhere else.

The Receptionist @ Beltway needs to work on her people skills. She is very impatient & rude,other than that, Dr. Smith is very nice and happy to answer any questions we had. The place is a little outdated and old looking, but id take my dogs there again just for Dr Smith.
