Rosedale AH is a wonderful practice to care for your beloved pets! We’ve taken our pets there for over 12 years, and have experienced their high level of expertise, care, quality client service and compassion. We’ve always adopted senior and special needs pets. Besides just old-age related health issues, they’ve also had a wide range of other very serious conditions. RAH has ALWAYS been excellent in every way! They got us in immediately when needed, provided expert medical care, referred out when necessary to the very best specialists in the area, and through it all were professional yet compassionate. They’ve been like family. Their expert care has provided many long years of quality life for our sweet pets. We all have bad days sometimes. The veterinary profession is no exception. There is no profession I know that not only sees and treats devastating illness and injury every day, but at the extreme, is also called upon routinely to end the life of a hopelessly ill, pain-ridden animal. How distressing that must be, for they have chosen a “life saving” profession. Yet, this is how the veterinary professionals experience day after day. These are great people and I HIGHLY recommend Rosedale Animal Hospital!

I called this animal hospial to see what type of Flea medication I should give to my cat as he is around dogs who go outside.. She was nice, was not rude at all but they told me they could not supply this information without me being a customer and the vets looking at my cat.. While I do understand this, chances are they would just tell me the normal, Advantage, front line, etc which I have never had luck with.. If I did then I wouldnt be calling.. Then she said "Ok thanksss" and hung up I did not even get a chance to thank her or really say anything.. This was a little irritating and presumptive because I gave her no reason to think I wouldnt like an appointment.. Well I would not go there now.. Just seems like another Vet that is "crank em in, crank em out.. Thanks but no thanks

Took our one year old kitty in because she was acting lethargic. Was told she likely had a urinary tract infection, she was given an antibiotic via injection and I was told she would be fine. Found her dead in the laundry room the next morning. After calling back to the vet, I took the cats body back to the vet where they had the nerve to CHARGE ME for disposal, while the vet didnt even bother to speak to see me or the cat. I was merely handed a bill. Shocked at their customer service, treatment to animals and lack of respect.

What what guess who

Very petty to be responding to how someone feels about youre business . Peoples feelings are their to have , you cannot change that . I see now this place has poor customer service because you took the time to response . Saying nothing at all wouldve been the more professional way of handling this situation . That way it still leaves room for doubt but people may still want to give this place a chance. No thank you , take my Pet else where .

I came in around noon on Saturday (today) I had accidentally shut my cats tail in the door and thought it had just pulled the furr off, their staff was polite and kind. They advised he would need a part of his tail amputated because it had ripped the furr and skin off and his spine was exposed. They referred me to an amazing hospital in Belair because they werent equipped for this on a Saturday! I would recommend them for daily visits

Both Doctors and the Staff are extremely thorough and compassionate. We have been taking our furbabies there for years and we feel they treat us like family each visit. I never feel rushed when we are in with the Dr., and I feel comfortable asking her questions and advice. I would recommend this Veterinary Hospital to my friends and family and anyone looking for quality health care for their pets.

Horrible wasted time were forcing me to do a feline leukemia test that my cat already had done. I left wasted my time and stressed my cat out, they should have told me they were all concerned about money and what was necessary before I traveled there. I will go to my regular trusted vet when they open up. Very irritated and disappointed all about money!!

I have been going to Rosedale for 19 years and I am so happy with the service i receive. They really take the time to go over any concerns and questions I have with my pets. There is a family feel to Rosedale, from the doctors to the receptionists. Its always a pleasure dealing with everyone at the facility.

We are just so happy with this place we have actually gone to other places but we always come back here. Everyone is nice and professional and treats your doggy or Kitty as you would like family. The prices are less than other vets. And they are super lgbt-friendly which is extremely important to us.

The care here is definitely very good, my only complaint is that the main vet can sometimes have an attitude and can be pushy if you dont see eye/eye on something about your pet. Other then that, I would recommend this place.
